if you're going to post major plot lines please use the [spoiler][/spoiler] so I can enjoy all this when it is no longer popular and i've complete te books first.
some of use are still reading other novels and like to see where things deviate comparatively.

Anybody watch Hannibal? Up to episode 10, I'm definitely hooked.

Watched a few episodes of 'Being Human' -the British original yesterday with the GF.

It's not bad. Got some good classic English humour in it. Not a huge fan of that sci-fi style with Vampires, Wearwolfs, and ghosts, but it's done pretty well.

Aiden Turner is excellent in it.

Yeah I'm up to Ep 4 and I'm set on it now.

A real show you can sink you teeth into.

Just finished the season, Season 2 looks very appetising =p~ =p~

Season 3 of falling Skies is just over a third the way through. I've watched the premier and half of ep 3 and whilst enjoying it, I just find certain things wrong with it. essentially the fact that all the major players from season 1 continue to survive against the odds. not one of them has been sacrificed to the greater good to the point where one character was standing in the open where a massive Armour mech alien stood shooting pin point accuracy at people running but failed to hit the mark on the giant mounted gun.
i just need a little more believability in this show.

Excellent doesn't quite sum it up. Reading book 2 at the moment, going to hold off buying season 2 until I read the book.

Yeah.Was thinking she might be able to save the wolf even after she was picked up by "The Hound".That hope was shattered when the wolf's head replaced John Snow's own head.

It's not bad at all.Love the show.It often has some great "human" interest story lines in it.
Generally every episode has been better that the preceding one with the cast and the production seeming to mature as they go along.

Am I the only one who thinks Russell Tovey (George) looks Wayne Rooney-ish in it?

Under the Dome pilot was alright, just hope it doesn't end up like Lost.

Totally ripped the idea off the Simpsons.

Was going to say. That was my first thought when I saw the trailer for it on TV. The Simpsons want their idea back.

Given that Stephan King wrote the novel in 2009, and the Simpsons movie came out in 2007, it's a clear rip-off.

I thought so as well, until I looked into it and apparently 2009 is just the date he finished it. He thought of the concept and began writing the book back in the 70s if wiki is to be believed

Bought season 2 of GoT today, going to wait until I've finished book 2 until I star reading it. Shouldn't take too long!

Also picked up Season 1 of Rome. Heard a lot of good things about it, and it was on special at JB HiFi. :)

Went back and watched all of Prison Break again. I missed a fair chunk of it the first time round. Such a great show. But why couldn't they all live in peace. :(

Watched Episode 1 & 2 the other day. Can't say I'm too impressed with it. Dean Norris' character is half as good as his character in Breaking Bad. Forgive me, but is he wearing clothes out of the same wardrobe as in Breaking Bad. Swear to god, in a couple of the scenes he's just re-used his clothing. :lol:

I liked episode 1, 2 was meh and at the top of a cliff 3 has just fucking swan dived straight off it :lol:

watching a little late night 7 for the first time in months and caught Go On! staring matt Perry.

basic outline is that he's a sports radio host who's just returned to work a month after his wife was killed and the issues he faces between returning to work and attending counselling sessions.

It's kind of funny, but I can't help but feel that it makes a mockery of grief counselling and could have been done a lot better.

matt Perry is a great sarcastic comedian and fits this role well but the show really could be great if the writing was better and the drama part of the sitcom was not made to be one big joke against depression and grief.

Just finished season 2 of GoT. Still haven't finished the book. :lol:

I'm frothing at the mouth for season 3. Giggity Giggity fucking giggity!
