Any idea if who our next trial/friendly game in Sydney is against if there is any planned?

At the moment no more confirmed friendlies in Sydney as far as I know.

They are playing some Brisbane Premier League side tonight (Wolves something), then Melbourne Heart in Lismore (this Friday? or next week), then a game against Wellington over there and against the Jets at their membership launch.
That's all that is confirmed atm.

good to hear melb h vs WSW is at lismore, there are plenty of football fans up there and sport fans in general. we as a league need to focus on having pre season games at these type of towns. they should have a good crowd as well and its not a bad stadium, perfect for a pre season game.

When do you guys reckon WSW vs SFC tickets for Round 3 are going to be released? And what are the chances of getting one?

14th september is when round 1 tickets will be available, so i would guess that they would release some other rounds on the same date.

there is 2 bays allocated with the away supporters, but i would assume that sydney fc would request more bays

GA availability will depend on how many GA memberships are bought I assume.

Basically, when tickets go on sale, get the fuck in early. I'll be snapping up 2, hopefully 3 tickets for the away bay/s.

Taking the night off work for it too - Fuck if the biggest pub band in Sydney is scheduled for that night.

2 weeks is what ive heard on the grapevine. Merchandise shipping is always problem for any team. So maybe that 2 weeks will become 3. Word on actual jerseys being released is the last week of september, maybe even first week of october or even first on sale will be at round one v ccm.

Contact them via Twitter if all else fails. They usually reply to that.

Finished 0-0. Heart won 5-3 on penalties. Sounds like Mooy was good. Hard to get much information though.

Surely the Del Piero signing will also have a flow on effect to the Wanderers considering you guys are hosting them in round 3.

Redmayne, Marrone, Gerhardt, Gray, Behich, Thompson, Garcia, Fred, Dugandzic, Macallister, Williams.

Obviously, both sides made changes in the second half. Pretty strong Heart side - I'd expect that line up to start round 1 apart from Gray and Macallister. And possibly Redmayne. Without knowing how the game was played out, I would've expected a Heart win. But seems to have been an even contest.

not a bad result for you boys, drawing with the heart will give the team a bit of confidence. Starting to struggle infront of goal though.

exactly, the other teams all recorded their highest attendances against the Melbourne Kewells last season. A proper marquee(like HK & ADP) benefits the whole league.
