Same thing happened with Kagawa and other Japanese players. Plenty of national pride in that part of the world.

By now, American Samoa must have realised that Australias 22-0 win over Tonga two days earlier was no fluke.

Hopefully Rogic gets some game time tonight for Celtic. He really is too good to waste away on the bench.

I have no idea, but surely it would be pointless wasting a bench spot on an injured player? Especially seeing so many starting players for Celtic have injury clouds.

Amini got the assist for the first goal yesterday. It says striker Mustafa Amini but that is referring to Jordanov the scorer.

Quote:
Nearly 20 minutes it took to Edison Jordanov BVB II deserves brought in the lead. A great combination completed the classes assisted by a striker Mustafa Amini.

Also even though it is not really down to his performance the foul that got the opposition a red was on him. He did not go off so I am guessing he is fine

Quote:
Jure Colak Mustafa Amini came from behind in the knee, so it was again a 10 against 10 in the final minutes.

Good to see Musti getting some minutes and seemingly doing well. What is the standard like in German 3rd division anyway?

Don't think Rogic will get any minutes tonight, which is a shame.

surprisingly good

I watched quite a few league one games and it is higher quality than league one
Also the midfield of bvb ii is close to bundesliga level so getting game time for bvb in the central midfield positions shouldnt be poo pooed

I think the problem for Rogic is that we seem to be rarely playing the in behind type of position where he thrives. So he's forced into playing deeper or wider, where he's not going to perform as well as the players we have who are used to those positions. It's dissapointing to see him not being used, and to see us rarely have any sort of tactical variation, but I spose that's what happens when you can basically walk your way through to the title.

Echoing my thoughts too. Probably a major reason why Lennon has struggled to get the best out of him.

Anyway, Vidosic starting for Sion, and they are up 1-0 after 16 minutes.
Ryan starting for Club Brugge.

Better than not playing or playing youth football I would say.

I don't think it is great but my guess is that it is close if not better than the equivalent in England. I come to this for 3 reasons: 1. by the third tier even in England you mostly have local talent and Germany has a lot more just by population 2. There are 8 fewer teams in the top two flights in Germany 3. You have reserve teams in the lower leagues putting more talent in there.

James Holland

I other news an article previewing Austria Wein's game this weekend seems to suggest their bad form at the start of this season means they have missed out on cashing in on 3 players, one of which being Holland. I have and still am going to say if he is still one of their better players this season there is a good chance will go to Koln next season just on his old coach being there.

Quote:
Future shares Hosiner While Philip was not sold at his peak after Hoffenheim and its market value has just realized something in the sink, Rapid Louis Schaub probably will earn a lot - is currently negotiating a new contract extension with the 18-year-olds.

The Austria has failed there as well, from the great performances by Markus Suttner (was in Hannover, Mainz and Bremen in conversation) to make money or James Holland. Especially for Suttner one would additionally can collect at least 1.5 million euros.

But in saying this his current form does not suggest he will as this is later in the same article.

Quote:
This time he will probably try it with a 4-4-2 system and place Kienast next Hosiner at the forefront. Which are in the form of a crisis Holland and Jun will again get their chance. "Because they have to pull themselves out." As an alternative to June would be willing Spiridonovic talent.

Vidosic has started for Sion and they are up 1-0. Was not involved in the goal going of the minute by minute I am reading but did put a free kick in earlier which was headed over the bar.

Matt Ryan

Hopefully nothing comes of this.

Good to see a couple of players players getting regular starts. Davidson will have a hard time trying to prevent his winger feeding Pelle.

In other Eredivisie and totally irrelevant news it seems PSV's GK thought Langerak's free kick saving technique was good and knocked himself out. I just saw the 17 minutes of extra time and wanted to check it out. I wont embed the vid but if you want to see it it I will put a link.
