It would be nice to know how strong a side Bochum put out but in any case this should get on the bench and making appearances from there. I don't know how big Dusseldorf is as a club but if Halloran also works out they will continue to scout the A-league which can only be good for the strength of our national team.

Highlights from Halloran's game. Tidy finishes. From some sites and this video it seems like he might have been a part of a front 2. They talked about how he and the guy who gave him the assists were a front partnership. This might have just been because they played well together or he actually played in a front 2. Previously I have only seen him mentioned as a left or right winger.

those are very nice finishes and very unhalloran like (at least for his time at roar)

if he can improve his decision making and finish like that every week he could be better than kruse

Really was the perfect move for Halloran. Has improved his technical ability and can further add to his already dynamic base. Good stuff

Wesolowski starting at what appears to be right back as Oldham lead Wolves 1-0 away afer 22 mins in the FA Cup.

I wonder how well he's been playing.A real shame with those injuries but maybe another Chris Coyne, Madaschi type role for Australia?

Wondered about Cisak and I see he is at Burnley who are really in for a chance at promotion. Is he starting much?

Amini linked with transfer to 3.liga side RB Leipzig. Looking them up they are a Red Bull side so one of the few company owned sides in Germany so I am guessing would mostly be hated. They formed in 2009 buying another teams contract and are looking like being promoted this season. Now it seems to be a very lazy rumor going off the comments. the comments are what interest me more and why I am posting it.

http://www.transfermarkt.de/de/rb-leipzig-interessiert-an-mustafa-amini/topic/ansicht_154_1001475_seite1.html

Article:

Quote:
on the wish list is ever a top-man team for all parts. The heart sheet for midfield seems to have found and is called Mustafa Amini. The 20-year-old Australian has been playing summer at the U23 Borussia Dortmund left in the 0-2 defeat of Borussia Dortmund in the Red Bull Arena recently a lasting impression. Ball Sure, flash-like switching behavior, fast, enduring. In Dortmund, the dynamic redhead trades under "Pumuckl", the team of David Wagner, he has a fixed size.
Amini Because after Borussia internal assessment but probably not make it into super-team of Jürgen Klopp, he is despite contract until 2015 have to. The Dortmund have paid Amini Australian former club (Central Coast Mariners) 200 000 €. That should be the basis for negotiating the BVB kangaroo.
Red hair and Red Bulls - fits. Or not, because: Dortmund boss Hans-Joachim Watzke has a problem with the lawn Shooting, is protector of widows, orphans - and traditions. Traditional clubs are for the man the ultimate, clubs history without disturbing loud Watzke not least the international marketing presence in the Bundesliga.
RB Leipzig he contemptuously called "chess on grass Leipzig". Whether this Order Guardian Amini can play chess in Leipzig? Incidentally, even the proud BVB has even started in the district league and had at its founding Dollar sign on the eyes. The name is based on a Dortmund Borussia brewery.

Comments:

Quote:
The boy is finally to the point that he can compete in the 3.Liga and still very young. I do not think you have to write it, and certainly not for 200,000 €. A loan to a second division club in the summer would be the next logical step.

Quote:
How bad journalism can be. The name goes back to the same Borussia brewery - so far so correctly. But that even a penny into the club treasury of Borussia flowed conceal this great hack. And Borussia played already tieferklassig - logically. But a license or a right to start any other club you have never bought. , I now in response to the actual rumor a third time, the reference to the incredible Unseriösität of the article and the people behind it. It may be that the sporting management of the event and adventure company is interested with a dubious reputation for Amini, that it is written off by the sporting management of Borussia, is far-fetched. Amini has one year used to be here (human as athletic) to acclimate to the process has been integrated into the II team before the season to make it easier. But since he just is to gain a foothold and more than half of his contract period is still ahead of him, he has more opportunity to develop to the extent that he make the leap upward creates someday.

Quote:
Vl has even a climber like Cologne or Fuerth interest ... that would be better for his development.

Anyone know what Vl is?

Quote:
One of my favorite young players. Too bad ... would have thought that he may be more likely to get their way already. Was probably also the conversion. I think BVB continues to build on it, and therefore no change will come about. I could imagine him at RB just fine, but Amini will probably want to stay on its own in Dortmund.

Quote:
this is serious journalism, of the image, which can still express etc abgucken. half truths are what great. , but then at least you would have to make the effort nachzugucken that amini played like last year with us, and not just since summer. well .... but do not believe in change. they do with us what you have on the young. and this year he has also finally started weakening as obvious remedy ball infatuation. , I see no reason to give him! because in summer you could possibly look any further times when there is a bond for the 2.liga goes

They seem quite positive about him and a few think he is ready for the 2.Bundesliga and while it is still a long way off that (no real loan rumors yet) if he does become a regular there he could possibly be looked at as a Bresc replacement if he is banned.

Playing for Dortmund reserves and training with the first team would be better than going to RB Leipzig. He should be looking for a Buli2 loan. Dortmund currently have massive defensive issues with injuries so maybe some midfielders will have to play in defence and he might be called into the first team for training at least.

As for Halloran, the German clubs now know of the decent value of A-League players. Kruse has definitely shown it, as have Leckie and Langerak. I look forward to seeing many more young Aussies in the Buli2.

Only the 3.Liga site talking about it but always nice to see Amini being linked as one of BvB II better players. Also other players like Nyarko and Solga were not mentioned who used to be in front of him.

Quote:
Are shoe horn and Amini serious alternatives for Klopp?

Something seems rather likely possibility that two not mentioned in the public forces in the squad could stand on Saturday. Marc horn shoe features despite its only 22 years already have a whole lot of experience. Next 86 games for Dortmund Second and four games in the second Bundesliga for FC Ingolstadt speaks for its flexibility shoe horn. It can be used both in indoor, outdoor and in the defense and defensive midfield.

Another possibility, as Jürgen Klopp could respond to the injury crisis, would be Mustafa Amini. For example, should a six as Sven Bender back into central defense, Amini could at least be an alternative for the bench on Saturday. The 20-year-old could After a difficult first year in Dortmund last finally play in the starting lineup U23 and showed there also several good performances. He collected - as Sarr and Günter - already have experience in training camps in the pros.

Quote:
Sassuolo, Valeri book the return

Yet, satisfaction is inevitable. "I had already played 90 'with the Spring and I have to say that I got to know the good guys as well as excellent talents. Clearly I still can not get the rhythm of the game, but then again, I am satisfied with how things are going." Thanks to the support of Piazza Risorgimento that never made him miss large doses of affection. "I want to thank the company and the staff, both technical and doctors for having always supported. Great news for Babalj. AZ have been climbing up the table into 2nd so it'll be hard for him to break into the squad.

By now, American Samoa must have realised that Australias 22-0 win over Tonga two days earlier was no fluke.

Leckie and Ruka both out for FSV squad for game against Cottbus. Ruka with an ankle issue and Leckie with a ligament strain. Nothing serious for Leckie I think but I can't find more info on Ruka. Bellinghausen is out for Ddorf so maybe Halloran will get some game time on Sunday while Langerak will be on the bench against Bayern. Kruse will be on the bench no doubt and Amini will hopefully play for BVBII.
