Halloran had a pretty average first half but was much better in the second. Great bit of individual brilliance on a counter attack nearly resulted in an assist. Hopefully some highlights are up soon.
By now, American Samoa must have realised that Australias 22-0 win over Tonga two days earlier was no fluke.

Can't remember much of him here but his awareness and decision making has probably improved a lot considering the pace is much faster and there's less time afforded on the ball. He also plays all across midfield (I'm probably wrong but I only remember Halloran as a right winger at Brisbane). It's worthwhile watching the whole thing but 10:23 is a good highlight

jedi takes a win with crystal against top of the table chelsea today in what might be the game the kept them from relegation. i only caught the last 40 and jedi was central in marshalling defence and dominating the air. at one point he set up a serious goal chance with some skill on his feet taking the ball through the middle third and carving up the chelsea midfield and finishing with a nice pass out to the wing. really nice work, maybe he was watchin rogic in roo's training. Unless he performs as poorly as he did in Japan then he may well have made it after all. If he was on Ange's list of people to call with bad news I doubt he'd have gone to Doncaster.

Ah fk... please recover Curtis, Trent and Rhys!!! [-o< Nah but good luck to Lucas. No harm in trying and his efforts to do all he can to make Brazil is commendable. Still should not be in the squad of 23 though.

Irvine got an assist apparently Quote: Jackson Irvine carried the ball towards the home penalty area unchallenged before playing the ball into the path of McKenzie who calmly steered his shot beyond the advancing goalkeeper to make it 1-1. http://www.dailyrecord.co.uk/sport/football/football-match-reports/motherwell-1-kilmarnock-2-craig-3299826

Read on a Leeds forum Lucas was being caused all kinds of problems by the pace of our left winger Cameron Stewart.

Vidosic's situation mustn't be that bad if he got 30 mins last night.

What a season for Davidson. To finally have a young left back playing well every week in a top European league is phenomenal. We haven't had a LB like this since Chipperfield.
With Oar also ripping it up, our left side for the Socceroos is sewn up for the next decade, and I like what I see.
