1 - Note the popular consensus on a particular topic; e.g. Lucas Neill has conducted himself very poorly in recent times.

3 - Decry others for having the audacity to agree with one another on said topic.
4 - Refer to the apparent communal 'group-think' effect on said topic as accounting for the existence of opinions different from his own.

Alright I found the Talk on Giannou from Soccer Stopage Time. it is at about the 55th minute of this episode http://soccerstoppagetime.podbean.com/2014/04/02/soccer-stoppage-time-31-march-2014/ According to it he wants to come back. His current club Panionios is very poor and hasn't payed their players for about 8 months and that's all they really say. From what I can tell the guys on the show are Greek (the stations Tunein page actually has it's language down as greek) and seem to have decent knowledge on Giannou's career so far.

Wright scored for Preston, Kilkenny stayed on the bench. They'll be in the promotion play-offs. Swindon can also make the play-offs but they'll have to win their final two matches and rely on Peterborough to choke.

By now, American Samoa must have realised that Australias 22-0 win over Tonga two days earlier was no fluke.

Top 2 or 3 much better, the rest pretty similar maybe worse. As everyone knows Greece's finances are in the toilet at the moment so other than the big clubs there is very little money, most are just hoping to sell players for profits and get players in on free transfers. This is not to day it is terrible though as Greece has a decent pool of homegrown talent but most clubs are just unable to bring in players.Edited by moofa: 22/4/2014 11:25:48 PM

Burnley promoted to the EPL. Interesting times ahead for Alex Cisak.
By now, American Samoa must have realised that Australias 22-0 win over Tonga two days earlier was no fluke.

Fingers crossed their no.1 cops a lengthy injury just after August.

Surely Ange will realise that playing that game will be much better for him than avoiding him arriving at camp 48 hours or so late, shouldn't be a problem.

someone mentioned that ryan is short for a top flight goal keeper. This is true in the epl. Most la liga keepers are around his size or shorter with only a few being significantly taller

There was some quality in the list.

Anybody remember Andrew Barisic? Played with Gold Coast United for a little while, has floated around the State Leagues for most of his career? Well anyway, he's in Hong Kong playing in the Hong Kong Premier League with South China AA, who also happen to be in the AFC Cup - the poor man's Champions League. He scored a very tidy 4th goal for them in a 4-0 win over Kelentan (Malysia?)

Most la liga keepers are around his size or shorter with only a few being significantly taller I remember someone posting a list of short EPL keepers a while back. There was some quality in the list. Worm is average - OK. 1.83 Speroni is terrible. - 1.86 Mcgregor - woeful 1.83 Lloris - 1.88 - V Good Foster - 1.88 - Decent Mannone is average - 1.88 Mignolet - 1.93 - V good Szczesny - 1.96 - V good Guzan - 1.93 - V good Marshall - 1.91 - Average Cech - 1.96 - Best in the world Howard - 1.91 - V good Steklenberg - 1.97 - Average - decent Hart - 1.96 - WC Degea - 1.95 - v goood Krul - 1.95 - v good Ruddy - 1.93 - v good Boruc - 1.93 - WC Begovic - 1.98 - V good Adrian - 1.90 - Decent No too many decent short keepers then, and all the big boys are very good, world class or the best there is. Ryan needs another season in Belgium then a move to the Bundesliga. He won't cut it in England.

Fair point. The list I was referring to was more of a summary of world class short keepers that have played in the league since the EPL was founded in 1992.
