Time for Franjic to get out of there.
By now, American Samoa must have realised that Australias 22-0 win over Tonga two days earlier was no fluke.

It's why his transfer from Bonnyrigg (via Auckland City for all of a few hours) is all that more amusing. Edited by Heineken: 6/4/2015 12:08:39 PM

highkick05 wrote:1-1 ajax - utretch.. wow Just wanna re-quote this and say Tommy Oar had quite an awesome spell despite not being on for long. A wicked strike on his natural left foot that completely surprised the keeper, across the face of goal that surprised me. Oh and they ended up 1-1 with him on the pitch against a top club =d> Edited by highkick05: 6/4/2015 02:38:21 PM

Massive dog act by Utrecht to bench him I think. has given them 3 + years of solid service and also given them plenty of notice to say he is leaving deserves a bit better I think. Good to see he hasn't whinged about it either especially his lack of game time at the Asian Cup maturing well atm.

Watched the game between Utrecht and Ajax, and Tommy Oar looks more comfortable at Utrecht than with the Socceroos, he has a different role and is given a chance to roam around the front third.
Maybe he doesnt suit the style in Ange's 4-3-3.
Anyway he's next move is crucial going forward career wise.

Anyway he's next move is crucial going forward career wise. Up until now it has been evident that he has his head screwed on properly, unlike others (Rogic, Davidson, etc.). Let's just hope that carries on being the case. I still think he's one of the Socceroos best players (not the same thing as one of the best players for the Socceroos). Any manager who doesn't utilise such a player, given other limitations, isn't doing his job properly. Let's just hope he makes a really good career choice. Carries on doing excellent work and thereby just batters the door down for Socceroos selection.

Anyway he's next move is crucial going forward career wise. my thoughts were this, he's better with at least a bit of space around defenders. I noticed Luongo was well defended also against Macedonia, they did their homework. Guess that's what NT's do Ange ball means defenders can pretty well predict where the passes will go.

@Celtic 5 Rogic evades the clutches of one player, advances to the edge of the box and then sees his shot deflected behind for another corner

NOOOOOO!!! Rogic subbed off on 32mins. Obviously something wrong with his body. FFS!!!!
