Juric coming back from an injury, Da Silva probably not yet match fit, assuming he may play a couple of games in their reserve side first. The question should be why isn't Griffiths being selected for the Socceroos? Probably because Ange realises that he is still the exact same player that he was 6 months ago when he was wearing a Glory shirt, at which time, incidentally, this forum was clamouring his Brattan's selection from the Aleague and not Rostyn's. Bulut came on in the 65th minute. No one has mentioned that yet I don't think.

Stuttgart is going to sign a young keeper from Nürnberg as back up. He's currently 3rd choice there so no real danger for Langerak. Interesting was Leno at Leverkusen. He was at Stuttgart reserves 3 years ago then bought by Leverkusen and took Adler's place from game one. Insanely quick rise now one of the best in Europe.

Im sure they will slip down the ladder at some point Edited by Aljay: 31/8/2015 10:22:29 PM

Not Irvine specifically but Ross County have started amazingly compared to last year. They are on 10 points after 6 games, it took them 18 games to reach that last season. If I remember correctly even in their good run last year they didn't beat a top 6 team but they beat Dundee United on the weekend who were 5th. Their two losses were to Hearts who have started amazingly well and away to Celtic, the hardest fixture of the season.

How's Armenakas doing?
For the first time, but certainly not the last, I began to believe that Arsenals moods and fortunes somehow reflected my own. - Hornby

Heard a lot about Hyuga Tanner a little while back but not much in a long time. Last I know he was at Blackburn U21s. Anyone know how he's going?

The Primavera coach pointed him out for a good performance in one of their friendlies and articles mentioning the team suggest he would be starting if not in Joeys camp so hopefully will get a lot of Primavera time this season Quote:Between individuality they liked Armenakas and Amoroso: " Armenakas did pretty well, did not play lately for a physical problem, this was a test, but it can do better having regard to its quality. The same applies to Amoroso: prospects are important, they must grow in the step of non-possession ". http://www.mondoudinese.it/2015/08/primavera-mattiussi-abbiamo-commesso-troppi-errori/azzaMVFC wrote:Heard a lot about Hyuga Tanner a little while back but not much in a long time. Can't find anything specific but the last time he seems to have been mentioned on the Blackburn site was their U21's first friendly where he was subbed after 10 minutes so I am going to say he is injured http://www.rovers.co.uk/news/article/burscough-1-rovers-u21s-5-2543135.aspx

His choice, he's a grown man, so now he just needs to live with it and not sook if he falls out of favour for the national team. And his fan boys need to realise he has made a dumb move when it comes to national team selection. Yes, we all know, some playing in the middle east will get a look in, but Ange won't allow too many playing in that region into the national team squad. So, if you go there, you are taking a risk - and you own this risk.

That's not the case now nor in his past selections

Any Bundesliga experts care to speculate on Robbie's game time prospects. I suspected that the signing of Hernandez wouldn't work in his favour at Leverkusen so a loan appears to be a positive move.

Halloran Ikonomidis and any A-league bolters should be selected ahead of troisi now, what a shame
