Edited by inala brah: 18/5/2016 07:22:34 PM Too unbalanced, imo. Mooy and Luongo are both poor on the wings. Kruse has to be on the wing. It's madness for him not to be there. Australia can no way play 442 with a diamond midfield with Jedinak anchoring the diamond. He doesn't have the passing or ball carrying skills to link our defence and attack. . i disagree. firstly jedi does that job for us now. and it's not with mooy and luongo on the wing. its more of a 4-1-2-1-2 and it was great when we pulled it out after jordan beat us. We haven't played any decent team in ages. Jedinak doing the job against crappy Asian nations is one thing. Doing it against good nations is a different kettle of fish.

go ahead eagles are 3-1 up at home to De Graafschap in playoff for Eredivisie...Adam Sarota not in today team as he mark as having a Fibula shaft fractures...it be good for him if he team can win play-off
san jose (MLS) beat real sociedad 2-1 in club friendly...
p.s go ahead eagles won 4-1 at home..big help by De Graafschap red car 28 min

Leverkusen going to sign Kevin Volland. Another attacking player. Bellarabi, Mehmedi, Brandt. Kruse MUST leave.

I'm looking forward to the FA Cup Final. Still, I'm not sure I'd say he does the job each week in the Premier League. He gives the ball away too much in the Premier League. Also, your point is misleading. At Palace he's often not the sole CDM. He's paired up with somebody else. The bloke isn't conducive to Angeball. This isn't too much of a problem if he's paired alongside a more technical CDM. But it's too much of a problem if he's required to be the only link between the defence and attack. He just doesn't have the technical ability.

Good to hear Lennox got an extension, his debut a couple weeks ago gave away a penalty right?

Quote:United will monopolise the ball at Wembley. They have more players who are comfortable in possession and, regardless, Palace’s forte is soaking up pressure and biting rapidly on the break. But to disrupt their opponents’ rhythm, Alan Pardew’s side will need steel in the centre. The manager’s main selection issue appears to revolve around who may step down if James McArthur is included, but dropping the captain, Mile Jedinak, feels unwise. The Australian is the most natural destructive midfielder in Palace’s ranks, an interceptor and tackler who, if effective, will grant Yohan Cabaye the freedom to create at his side. Jedinak had been due to talk to Rangers in the summer of 2011 only for Ally McCoist to fail to show up. That offered Palace their opportunity and, 177 appearances later, he has a glamorous stage on which to perform an ugly job. Palace will thrive only if he excels. https://www.theguardian.com/football/blog/2016/may/20/fa-cup-final-crystal-palace-manchester-united

Surely he'll start in a game like this where not only his defensive steel but his leadership qualities will be needed.

Heard reports both Sydey clubs were trying to sign him. Really hope thats not true. I feel like he just needs to tough it out a bit longer. Another full season at this level and he may be able to crack it in another league in Europe (belgium or maybe even the UK)
