Cros, what are your thoughts on this, obviously a win is a win but in that fashion imo is disgusting. South Hobart would be the equivalent to a 2015 Marconi TBH. Meh, we got through. We dominated but, as always, our leaky defence made things harder than they should have been. I'm happier about the performances from Triantis, Bilic and Nikas more than anything. It was also good to see the side fight back from 2-0 down in that fashion, in the league this season we'd go on to cop another 2 or 3 Compared to a few years ago, SU 58 were better at building up through the midfield , but weaker defensively. The players you mentioned are decent on the ball.

Well, when you've lost 11 of 20 not rocket science defense is an issue :) yet 2points away from 5th on the table depending on miracle results. I wouldn't question any higher ranked team in FFA Cup, be it HAL to PL squads playing lower grade teams who go into these clash's as if their last meal - never easy no matter what comp your in. The only problem SU had was not putting away the countless chances they created to blow the sail out of SthHobarts wind but credit to them thats for sure as mentioned - they played very well. The Cup is going to grow and grow, evident in just its 2nd year - great for Football.

His side is getting ready for the finals, but he's more interested in Rockdale's relegation chances. Your true colours are beginning to show.

lets just say 2 degrees with a wind chill of minus 3 in canberra was fun
things we do was worth the trip down
lets just say 3 rd spot is still achievable
as like last season we can win this
easy win for us with 5 regulars missing

Battle for 5th Olympic v United South Coast v Marconi Manly v Parramatta Rockdale v Bonnyrigg Big chance for South Coast, just need to beat the worst team in the comp and hope United and Rockdale don't win.

Interesting final round coming up. wow, what a week coming up. battles everywhere. parra 6 points clear of marconi in CC. who will go down? who will grab 3rd, bonno or olympic? who will secure 5th place? so many sub plots. im so glad we beat parra yesterday. should of put them away as there really was only one team in it. a silly pen nearly cost us but ivan stepped up. couldnt be prouder. to have played 6 games in 2 weeks with players missing is crazy. to come out of the way we have is a testament to the coaches and players. bonno wont throw the game this sunday, theyre battling to hold onto 3rd. simple as that. we could see the demise of arguably our most famous old NSL clubs this weekend. wolves down in the ging who are on a roll will be one tough task. then again, parra play manly who are also in the hunt and always tought to beat up at cromer. exciting finish ahead thats for sure. Bonnyrigg will throw the match. ;)

It's going to take a miracle for us to sneak into the semis. Parra could end up regretting that missed penalty, it could very well be the difference between relegation or survival. Having said that, Marconi didnt show anything to suggest that they'll be able to take any points next week.

Just out of curiosity, why on earth were you at the Rockdale game yesterday, sitting on the hill with your 2 mates from Avala? You've sat with United when they've played us, you've sat with Avala when Melita have played us? Playing both sides...lol

ps does t unit ever go to a game dont mind you mate dont mind ur football talk on here i am always happy to say hi to football fans. i speak to plenty of suporters who i know at various clubs. i wont be saying hi to any person who is preoccupied with regurgitating political rubbish and ruining a decent football forum for fans. stick to the football and its amazing, you wont cop any retribution from posters on this forum.

Regardless of who it is, and for what reason, it's not cool to be publicly stating peoples identity on this forum if they don't want you to.
If anyone ousts anyone else on here again, they will be dealt with.
I've deleted the posts that I thought were not helpful to the conversation.

What are you blokes getting at Nothing at all mate, just can't quite figure out why the Olympic supporter seems to hate Rockdale and it's supporters so much, that comes to just about every Rockdale game that doesn't clash with Olympic. Unhealthy obsession. I can understand the bonno boys, they play us the following week, i just can't understand the attraction of the Olympic Supporter. He must be a closet fan of Rockdale.

even if rockdale draw, its enough to knock Sydney united out of contention because of the superior goal difference. but rockdale will have to go out to get the 3 points, as a draw wont be enough... Wolves are pretty much guaranteed 3 points at home to Marconi.

marconi have everything to play for. wont be as easy as some people might think. i see the holiday makers are back in town, why did mileski play 20's whilst giannaros play first grade? i thought mileski was one of your best all year before he went overseas. surprised with that.
