This is shit. How are Balmain playing in Glemore Park when they've got home ground advantage. Surely they should be playing it at Wentworth Oval, or Birchgrove Oval in Balmain at the very least. :-k Looks like I might head out to Edensor Park for this one. Are they still serving cevapi rolls at the club, or was that specially set up for the Sydney FC game? Notice Glebe are playing at Hakoah's home ground too. Half of the home teams appear to be playing away from home. There's a bunch of games kicking off at 12:00am.

Quote: WFC marches past Crusaders (26th March 2015 5:59 AM) FOOTBALL
THE Whitsunday Football Club's premier men are one step closer to tackling Brisbane's best after advancing to the Mackay zone final of the Football Federation Australia (FFA) Cup.
WFC midfielder Lathan Dunn put on a clinic against Crusaders on Saturday night, bagging four goals in the team's convincing 5-0 victory.
Joel Smith also found the back of the net, as WFC used a three-goal first-half to all but seal the result inside 45 minutes. On paper the emphatic 5-0 score line appears convincing, but WFC director of football Eric Thompson said the players acknowledged it wasn't their best effort.
"The most important thing was the result itself because the players understand they didn't really play well," he said.
"They got the result and they're looking to get better which is encouraging for me."
Saturday's FFA Cup match against Crusaders was just the club's third game of the year, so there's still rust to work through.
"To be brutally honest we're still in pre-season mode. It's going to take time to put different philosophies in play," Thompson said.
"We need a lot of match practice but in saying that, we haven't conceded a goal in the last two games and we've scored six, which is promising."
On Saturday WFC will play Magpies, who are coming off a 7-5 win over Wanderers, at the Whitsunday Sportspark from 6.30pm.
Michael Lyall was the star for the winners, miraculously netting six goals on one leg.
Lyall is a known threat in the competition but Thompson said the premier men knew how to contain him.
"We've got a plan against him. We're not ignoring the fact he scored six goals, he scored two against us in the grand final last year so we have to take that on board," he said.
SCOREBOARD
WFC 5 (Lathan Dunn 4, Joel Smith) def Crusaders 0

Just noticed on the FFA Cup's fixture list for Tasmania, the postponed play-in game between Riverside and Taroona has been rescheduled for April 4 - and the winner plays the Hobart Iboughtajeep Zebras in the Round of 16 on April 6.
Probably the only place they could fit it in, but still pretty brutal...

I think most NSW games are tomorrow night with only a Handful of games tonight. I never knew of Fozz coaching, although will be good seeing all NPL sides entering. We could see some big score lines with NPL 1 clubs playing amateur sides.

This scheduling is confusing. Half the teams in the NSW Round 4 that are the scheduled 'home' team, are playing away from home. Anybody know why this is? Take for example Balmain FC - playing Glenmore Park, at what appears to be Glenmore Park's home ground. Would this be due to ground unsuitability - i.e lighting issues???

I thought i read something ages ago that he had some sort of affiliation with the club in a coaching capacity of some description
