Sutherland won 5-1, pretty average game, Wollongong did alright but were definately a class below Sutherland who played a near full strength team, crowd was about 250 including a decent contingent from Wollongong. Good night out overall.

Awesome to see Balmain not just go through, but go through convincingly. Isn't that a Bankstown City side with Dean Heffernen and another ex-A-League player in it? From what I've taken in from results this season, they're pretty rubbish at the moment. Would love to see Balmain draw somebody like Olympic, or United and knock them out. :lol:

How bad must have been Nepean FC been. They were 5-1 down or something after 20 minutes. From reading the updates on twitter they were pretty poor (as the scoreline suggests!). Had to laugh at the #prayfornepean go around on twitter. :lol: Good turn around for Blacktown however who themselves got trounced 5-1 against Manly United in the league on the weekend just gone.

Sounds like Yagoona Lions had a tough time of it too. Down 4-1 at half time IIRC, seems to have blown out in the second half. Sydney Olympic/Manly looked a good tight game. A 2014 FFA cup replay, if you will.
