Sounds like Lamela is coming - 30mil euro.

Apparently we are in talks with Eriksen, with a fee around the 9mil mark.

I have a feeling Coentrao is included in the Bale deal. AVB said we needed a Lb at the beginning of the window and we're yet to be linked to anyone. The other option is that Rose has proven himself enough in AVB's eyes.

It'd make sense after they signed that Romanian CB - they have the same agent.

God Spurs have a good side on paper now and comparing last season to now you have to say overall they are stronger. The only deal I am a little iffy on is Caulker for Chiricheș as they lost a little on transfer fees and I a guessing they would also had to pay a bit in signing fees and such. I don't think AVB is a fan of English CB's though.

I would have had a LB on my wanted list over the likes of Chadli as Townsend looked great on loan at QPR and if Bale went you would expect a big signing like Lamela to replace him.

Also What I don't think has been mentioned is that they have done very well in the order of their transfers and selling Parker, Huddlestone and Dempsey for 17 millions Euros is great business. The way Levy (I am assuming) got double for Parker after already agreeing a supposed deal is the sort of thing that does not really get mentioned but over a couple of seasons/deals it really adds up. As a Liverpool fan I have to wonder if Parker at 32 is really worth 4 times Kuyt at 31 or twice as much as Aquilani at 28? of course not but we seem to hold onto these players so long that everyone knows they are useless to us so we get hardly anything for them.

Definitely, we are much much stronger now. With the new faces coming in, the challenge will be building the team cohesion. It's the sort of side that can finish in a top spot, as long as they are well-placed come Christmas.

Some of the players coming in are going to be golden.

The best part is we will have a 0 net transfer spend this window.

Which makes up for spending like drunken sailors for the last 3 years.

Anzhi were one of the tougher pot 2 teams. Still expecting big things in Europe with our squad depth this season.

Wow in terms of trips your draw is interesting. Anzhi is the 2nd most east country, Tromso the most north team pretty easily and a Moldova trip must be pretty rare also.

Lamela and that Romanian guy have been confirmed by the club.

Bale deal apparently being delayed so Arsenal don't have time before the north London derby to get Di Maria. sounds kinda logical but I would say unlikely.

I was thinking the other day, I wonder if it's going to happen in the late hours on deadline day so Arsenal can't get anyone.

So with our latest 3 signings confirmed, you would think that our transfer window is finished. Feeling really good about the quality of our squad, we have some brilliant players, most of whom are playing in their NT, or pushing for a NT spot. That sort of hunger will be great in a World Cup season.
