I saw a lot of the last series in the West Indies. I think they can do a lot of damage to our unsettled batting order.
If Lyon's dismissal had occurred in the Adelaide Test the scenario could easily have been 1-1.
Our media gets overly cocky about opposition teams downplaying their ability relative to ours. Any time there is a green top and the ball can move and swing the aussies could be in trouble. I wouldn't say this series is as clear cut as the bookies have it. If they strike with the new ball early aussies could be in trouble.

The West Indies only chance to win a test would be is to bowl first on Green Top. Plus this Australian Team is average imo.

Id be ttempted to give starc a go for variety but it would arguably rival our strongest ever just going off first class averages Mind you u could counter that todays 1st class batsmen arent as strong as previous generations

Looking forward to this series, the Windies losing by 10 wickets to the CA XI doesn't bode well but hopefully they step up on the big stage. They're still a very passionate region, hopefully they can make it competitive.

so strange how something as innocuous as a camera shot of kids wearing the australian flag as a cape can signify to be something so political and divisive, theyre kids today, but the grown ups are doing the exact same thing at the Cronulla riots
HAVING SAID THAT: There are worse ideologies to be associated with than devout support for a sporting team.

I'm actually keen to see Big Bash come back. It is literally meme cricket.

For a kid badly craving the fake vagina flesh of a fleshlight, it's no surprise that Salmon gets off on the cheap thrills of BBL.

The Big Bash is good entertainment. Hoping for a All Victorian Final however the Renegades bowling stocks look light. So Stars v Perth final is my tip.

Love the big bash, T20 every night for weeks; can't go wrong. Exactly. The Only problem with The Big Bash is its on 10. Which means no HD. Edited by somebody: 11/12/2015 09:01:39 AMEdited by somebody: 11/12/2015 09:02:06 AM

Windies are abysmal.
Lyon is bowling superbly. Love his line, seems to be bowling a tad wider of off stump and creating uncertainty for the batsmen. Great lengths too.

If there is something to say about the state of cricket in the Americas, they shouldnt even bother to try save The West Indies (a bunch of nations pieced together) when the bigger target and market should be the United States of America - 300 million people?
Granted there's all kinds of issues such as the British and the Independence, the Puritans of New England and slavery (the West Indies were a colony formed from Abolished Slaves from the US) meaning the US and the British have issues trying to play a mere game of cricket
