They want a leader who will implement reform but explain to the people why it is necessary like adults not children. Turnbull is a Labor politician stuck in the wrong party. The traditional Liberal supporters were brushed aside. And yet, Abbott showed his grace and maturity. He could be PM again. And then the natural equilibrium will be in place.

Edited by Joffa: 2/7/2016 11:47:31 PM Libs have 74 seats to 67 for Labor with 5 seats still on a knife edge. So the Libs only need 2 of those seats but will probably get at least 3 and maybe 4.

Abbott has support in his party but not the populace
He was a man of specific quirks. He believed that all meals should be earned through physical effort. He also contended, zealously like a drunk with a political point, that the third dimension would not be possible if it werent for the existence of water.
