apparently Mooy should have been sent off. Thankfully he wasn't and he won the game.

Watched the Old Firm and yeah Rogic was on fire, i think there was a comment on twitter saying it looked like he was filming an ad for Nike the way he was dancing around Rangers players. The thing that most impressed me though was his physicality, no place for cowards in a game like that and looked like the boss out there. on to Camp Nou now.

An aussie hasn't scored a goal like that at Elland Road since H and Dukes.

+x+xApparently Mooy's stats include: 1 goal; 82 passes; and 100% success rate for tackles, aerial duels and take-ons. I enjoyed listening to that, thanks for the link again Anytime :)

Wolves - Burton highlights. Irvine probably should have done better preventing the wolves ball in for the goal. I don't know how Burton's pen wasn't re-taken. Two wolves players (one who cleared the ball) were virtually in line with the penalty spot when the shot was taken. Don't know how the ref missed it since they were between him and the ball.

That's some of the worst reffing I've seen. About 8 of them, all running into the box with the pen taker. How the fuck could the ref miss that???

+xto think rangers fans thought they were too good for jamie maclaren Rangers at least have the money to buy big in january He was so good, physically he dominated their CM and players like Barton are renowned for their grit so that is saying something. Rogers has got this entire squad looking the goods especially the front third, Baca should be interesting.

Ever since returning from his last injury hes been a tank.
Is Wellington diverse? Dont know, however this is a club that has no historical or existing link to a specific migrant group - Rusty Einstein

That was an unbelievable decision. Why were the players even running in that early? Did they have information that the ref has let it happen before?

+xJesus H Chirst, @11:44 Rogic on another planet. Yeah i remember watching that last night and praying for a replay. Was incredible to watch! Rogic and Mooy put in massive games considering they just came off international duties.

You can dominate for a couple of seasons but then you regress to the average of a league

Just watched the Old Firm match highlights. Rogic was sheer class. Curious that he wasn't quite at that level in the last NT matches. Maybe it was the travel, different environment, not training every day with the same playing group.
In terms of the mental side of things, to bring that much determination and execute so well in one of the biggest fixtures in world football is really encouraging. That reminds me of Timmy Cahill, not just for Aus, but for Everton where he made our life really uncomfortable in many a Merseyside derby.

I noticed Diego Alves has been selected in Valencia's squad, along with Ryan. Hopefully that doesn't mean that with Alves having not being sold in the transfer window, he will take Ryan's place as the starting goalkeeper.
