Some good combination play around the box but the final pass or final finish is missing so far.
Also it seems like Blackwood looks to be ineffective in the system as the No.9 maybe someone needs to be close to him when the ball goes into the box.

Terrible finishing from Oz! Would've thought SFC's Blackwood would've converted a few chances.
This age cohort is far tougher physically as ball winners than the 17 year cohorts and under. Unfortunately, they missed the Skills Acquisition Program.
In the attacking half of the pitch, they are immeasurably worse technically - first touch, running with the ball and 1v1 attacking skills on the deck.
They also struggle to maintain the ball as a team in tight spaces as ell as the up and combing cohorts. I know Rowles from the under 17s is playing as a CB in this team.
