Rogic off on 57. Great performance. He's tired and hopefully he won't feature much on the weekend and can get to the Roo squad ready to go.

Big Tam off the pace a bit in the second half. Dispossessed and a bit careless with his passing. Shame he didn't play longer.
Still, he started and he looked really decent at times. I have an inkling he'd adapt to a higher standard. It's just a matter of playing enough matches and getting the feel for it.

Celtic actually are missing his quality in the middle now, resorting to playing across the back and trying to get down the sidelines

Rogic was bossing the centre in the first half. Different game, wouldn't be surprised if City win

+x+x+x+xSome comments on Mooy from twitter. Seriously can't believe we've got Aaron mooy playing for us. immense player. Everything comes off him. Aaron MOOY is magic he wears a magic hat Please don't shout "man on" to Aaron Mooy again. He's a football Jedi, he knows all. He doesn't need any help. This current Socceroos group of players excites me even more than our Asian cup squad. Mooy and Rogic being two of the bigger newcomers. yeh....HTFC fans keep saying how lucky the club is to have Mooy what i find funny, is no fan talk about Mooy being slow  only in Australia Yep, I got that wrong and I'm happy about that. On the thing about the Huddersfield Town fans... I had a glance at their forum. A fairly huge proportion of their fans seem to think Mooy is too slow to play at CAM (or at least not nearly as well-suited to it as he is to where he's currently playing or other CAM options). They think he's far better suited to a slightly less advanced role and it's quite entertaining watching their interaction with Aussies who've made accounts and are telling them he needs to be playing higher up. For what it's worth, I think neither group is completely right or wrong on that issue. they think he's too slow because according to them, the role of AM os to play on a wing and burn off the opposition full back. What exactly the actual winger's role is supposed to be i have no idea. But that's English Football Fan Analysis for you. Oh and they're still moaning that all their dead ball takers are shit...yet Mooy doesn't take their dead ball strikes. More than likely playing with the old style inside forwards as opposed traditional wingers

+xCeltics defence is putrid Yep. We have been struggling in this department for a couple of seasons now. Hopefylly we will add some quality during the next couple of transfer windows. Rodgers has improved the front third, now hopefully he with the backing of Peter Lawwell and Dermot Desmond can next improve the final third.

Jimmy Floyd Hasselbaink at QPR has been implicated in the Telegraph's football4sale Sting. Apparently talked about taking money from a management company to sign players, so Luongo might be getting another manager soon, which isn't a bad thing because JFH has been average.

+xfuck...Rogic wasted at Celtic.....just think Rogic doing that in MF each week for some EPL team yes, he should leave the club that has rejuvenated him and stuck by him after injury. Why play for one of the biggest clubs in the world, where he is playing in the biggest tournament in the world when he could go sit on the bench at West Bromich Albion.

I was commenting on how great they have been for his development.

I think there was deal there for him at Swansea but Celtic convinced him to stay, the swans got left out in the cold though..word is they kept #18 open for him.

+xsounds like Rogic had a great first half, I'd love to see a replay of it. google celtic manchester city full match. avoid the youtube ones they are low quality. i just watched it in HD from a google search. rogic was not as huge as the impression i have got from others online. had some quality moments. to be fair he was heavily marked by fernandinho - a contender for best holding midfielder in the world at the moment. many others have been completely shut out by the man. i really dont understand why rodgers played rogic on the weekend if he was starting him today. i dont understand why he pulled him off. although he probably felt good about picking up a draw with a slight change and he got it. martin tyler was certainly paying rogic a significant amount of attention in commentary (although i get the sense he is more aware of australians abroad than most aussie fans - legend).

Good to see him not give up his dreams and realise the AIS is not the end all of things in football, although its a slap in the face to the likes of Tony Vidmar and co in their ID processes.
