+x+xThis is outrageous..... With the storm losing, it's now quite probable that with a Saints and Broncos win, the top 8 spots will be decided by 2 points. 2 points between 1st and 8th!!! Remarkable. And last place Parra decide who gets to finish first & win the minor premiership, just by stopping the Rorters from beating them by 27+, otherwise the Storm wins it. As for C'bury, they have to rely on Saints to beat Knights, then beat Cronulla themselves, if they're move up one last rung on the ladder for the year from 12th to 11th. There's also the chance C'bury could drop a place to 13th if Nth Qld beat Titans & Cronulla win against C'bury, providing Nth Qld make up 43 points in 'for & against'. On the top 8, when C'bury aren't in it, I've always gone for the traditional Syd teams over the superleague blow-ins. So from who is there this year, I'd probably prefer Penrith out of that mob. I'm rooting for Warriors, although with Slater my favourite player of all time, I have a soft spot for the Storm.

Hi all, it looks pretty calm in here for Bulldogs Debate Page. I guess we are all on the same page as how we think Dean Pay and the team is progressing although it is a shame we couldn't have jagged a few of those close ones. It would have been interesting to see how the youngsters would have gone under semi final conditions. And I can't agree with Marki re: Billy Slater but, then again it's a personal choice. It just goes to show we are individuals with different points of view but a common goal. GO THE DOGS!!!!!

Good win by the Flegg side. Reserves were terrible. Nu Brown is such a disappointment, hopefully they can off load him. As for the Tolman debate he has always been great for us and people that can't or won't see that have no idea.

Great letter to members from the Chair and board. Thanking fans and members and mentioning all the teams. They are walking the walk and talking the talk. The Andersons on the Penrith hill watching reserves unlike the last Chairman who couldn't care less and had no idea where or when the lower grades played.

+xScott Drinkwater looked good last night. Why are you randomly mentioning Scott Drinkwater? BTW, what a name. I wonder if there's someone named Drinkbeer.

+xScott Drinkwater looked good last night. I have long rated Drinkwater, but I was surprised how well he went. There are some good players running around in Q-Cup.

As for the Tolman debate he has always been great for us and people that can't or won't see that have no idea. We should be able to add sone quality players to reserves next game and hopefully leave Brown out. I thought Brown had something to offer before this year, all he has achieved is making Frawley look good in comparison.

My opinion is similar, Slater is my least favorite player of all time, well actually 2nd most hated behind Ray Price and anyone who has ever played for the Roosters.

My least favourite commentator is Ennis, he cannot shut up. As the great Richie Benaud said less is more. The bias he shows to the gummies makes me dislike him even more he shouldn't be able to do their games. The way he goes on you would think he was there for a decade instead of 2 years.

Another minor prem. for the rorters thanks to woeful pawwa. They can spend the 100k on a new supply of paper bags.

That would have been something. Roosters 4 minor premierships in 6 years. Quite a feat even if they do make a mockery of the SC. I love how their 3k supporters were there to witness it.

Just remember Marki, winning the JJ Giltenan Shield doesn't always guarantee you the premiership.

I missed the reggies game today, but read on Twitter that Corey Haewera Neira played for Penrith today vs Dogs....
It read that Corey hadn’t played a single game in reggies for Penrith all year.
So my question is how was it allowed for Corey to play yet a few weeks back we had to dodgy up Ryhse Martin to play 3 secs to qualify for reggies finals even though he played 6 or 7 games for them?

Penrith in both grades...Dogs not....alas...…………………...I do believe the general consensus among most rugby league fans is that the Rorters are cheats..and are to be despised and scorned...no shallow congratulatory garbage about minor premierships,,,

GUILTY! All The Dog greats are a given, but to me one rises even above them all. Mal Meninga. All those broken arms, most (if not all) I watched him break in real time on my TV. And he kept coming back and in the end after all that, as we know - Immortal. Always hard but fair on and off field. I've just always admired him. Is my favourite, not even colours can change that.
