Just quietly, the right state of Schurrle's football career.

Twitter :D People still think he and Ryan are English.
Aaron Mooy has been excellent in the first half for Huddersfield. If he can keep this up he may make it into Gareth Southgate’s England squad...

Funny you mention that. Just listened to the fox football podcast from last week. They spoke to the coach of the under 17 joeys team. He said they have massive battles for players to be ready for tournaments because our season is aligned with Europe and not with Asia. We come into these qualifiers every time always unde done.
This got me thinking why are we aligning ourselves with a confederation that isn’t us. Shouldn’t we try and align ourselves with our own confed being Asia. Simon hill always says we don’t do enough to be apart of Asia, well this would make perfect sense and help us as well.

The youth are all playing through the winter anyway, either in the NPL or their development competitions.
That’s “aligned”.

Mooy getting all the positive reviews online. He's worked so well today. Would like a few more shots if possible.

Mooy is still running. I wonder what his fitness level is like? He moves much more than Rogic and near the same level as Luongo. No one will ever get near Emerton. Ws Culina a real engine? Grella always seem easy going and had the vision and brain.

+x+x+xHuddersfield look hopeless Mounie a traffic cone. A glimmer of hope with Mooy on the ball and Biling working hard. Just wait 6 months or so for each goal. That is fucking dire. First home goal of the season scored last night. ahhhhh

+xHuddersfield are on track to repeat Derby County's record breaking run in the premier league in 2007/08. Teams that fail that miserably in the premiership effectively kill the players' careers. In the two transfer windows of 2007/08, not a single one of the transfers out found another spot in a premiership club. More than half didn't transfer - contracts terminated. Some of them even went to League 1! Get. Out. Of. There. Then you get players that had nothing to do with the club like Depoitre and Mounie, who couldn't give to shits about the club and are just stealing a wage. They'll be out of there in a second as soon as they go down. No reason Mooy should hang around too long after.

01:55R.S. Belgrad - Liverpool FC 04:00Tottenham - PSV AWST Wonder if Sains or Behich will get a chance. Dutch football is clearly not good enough at this level. What is worse is PSV are so dominant in their domestic comp. Alarm bells there

Ajax are also topping a group with Bayern as well.

Clean sheet and win for Langrak. 1 point clear of relegation...
By now, American Samoa must have realised that Australias 22-0 win over Tonga two days earlier was no fluke.

Denegek starts. Liverpool lulling Red Star into a false sense of security nice an early. Can't wait for the Salah sucker punch anytime soon now.

Sainsbury Behich bench. Miss Behich at Bursaspor now. He was more than ready for the next step. I didn't realise Angelino was doing well. PSV fans were annoyed at him earlier. He's a city loanee though so he should return at some point.

2:0 win for Red star Didn't watch but I wonder how much Degenek was directly involved? I can imagine he helped keep the clean sheet.

I thought Degenek was top shelf. Backs to the wall in the second half, held on nicely. Ouzounidis started against Barnsley.
