I wouldn't go as far as saying its based on last season... he has gone out of his way to highlight current rosters in his assessment as well as reliance on certain aspects of play. 

In my opinion it is the best reasoning I have seen so far, although I believe its abit dramatic to suggest we are no hope of top 8 and most certainly by ignoring the last 8 rounds of last season. 

I believe without MBYE and Woods we are a better team. Jury is out on how the outside backs perform. Halves should be equal or better but I do want to see Foran demand the ball more and not just watch Lewis get marked out of the game. We also need to sort out hooker role by round 6.
