+x+x+xI think we all know what game Lichaa has but I don't see why he rates so many mentions after a good win yesterday. He has been dropped to the bench but still gets more words said about him than 80 minute players. Holland has been woeful this year but nary a word said about him, must be the pretty blue eyes. Lichaa should get some blue contacts. Someone gets it!! Thank fek! where are the mentions of the debutants from give a Doggabone...there are none..not even a mention of Meany's electrifying pickup and run to set up the first try. Has Des hijacked an identity?? More rubbish... OK, CHN, Foz, Meaney, OGS and others received plenty of plaudits... Its OK for us to talk about what would make us an even better team... Even if that means dropping your fav Lichaa or mine Holland.. But some did not say one thing about the win..the debutants, the resurgence of Foran etc.and that is my only beef. You are a might testy today.

The difference is, every so often Dutchy plays a great game and is "centre of the month" where he makes Greg Inglis look like a park footballer. The problem with Lichaa is he doesnt. And.....he is in the position to handle the ball more than any other player in the team. It should be easy for him to have a top game and beat his peers. But no.......get doesn't.

Even if that means dropping your fav Lichaa or mine Holland.. I agree Pay can look at options for 14, and it might be best for Lichaa to work on his game in reserves. Holland isn't that bad IMO, and is saved by the fact I can't readily see a replacement option, but sooner or later Harper will make a push for this position. That will improve our defence and yardage IMO, but Holland is still the better attacking player. In fact having Harper bump Holland from the centres to 14 is the ideal solution IMO, Holland was good in that role last year. But after a great win like that I don;t expect Pay to make changes, so Lichaa and Holland get another chance and there will be plenty of time to rubbish them after the next loss (or we will recruit Coote and be undefeated from here...). I like the idea you mention there. Holland was pretty good at hooker for back end of each half last season....

Bugger !!!! My only question mark on Cogger is defence. Still in terms of developing a team for the future this is an OK outcome, we may as well get Cogger some more NRL experience and see if he has what it takes. We did expect this sooner or later, it has just come sooner. This was a fluke injury IMO and I would not have been surprised of Foran was right in a few days, this type of injury is very variable.

But with another full off season under his belt that's a positive, perhaps the step up will inspire him to greater heights like it did meaney...

+xIf foz is ruled out cogger & lewis J m king & lewis new brown & lewis Marki & steves wr d man 2018 & villi lol I would start with JMK & Lewis with Lichaa at hooker and Cogger on the bench. Bring Cogger on after 20 mins or so. That way we try 2 options.... Move Nu Brown to the halves in reserve grade and see what he can do there.... If this doesn't make the Storm complacent, nothing will

Damn that's bad news..he had such a great game against the Tigers...MOM for mine..Gnu Brown still not back from injury so Cogger or someone else ...only option otherwise would be JMK...longshot Jackson. Where is T Rex when you need him...JUST JOKING...such a situation would not exist....

How things happen. Try absolutely bombed on the left before Foran scored on the right sustaining his injury. How many ladders has Foran walked under and black cats crossed his path? Will go down as the richest player ever on money for appearances.

Damn you Lichaa.... for the Foran injury
If only Lichaa was there.... Foran would still be healthy as he would have passed the ball to Tolman

Foran would still be healthy as he would have passed the ball to Tolman Excellent point .. everyone will be happy now we have found a way to blame Lichaa & Tolman The injury is bad timing, but it is part of the game.... Foz was going great, and enjoying the game.... I hope he comes back in similar form... I Just have a hunch we are going to see injuries to key players for all teams this year, more action and more fatigue, means more can go wrong. All clubs are going to need to manage injury issues, luck might be factor, it often is. On form Foz was the one player we didn't want getting injured, but the challenge for the rest of the squad is to step up in his absence.

JMK must stay at 9, he's just finding his feet, timing, and combos in that spot as a starter and has done damned pretty well... Cogger is a great little organising half with a cracking kicking game and probably just what Harry needs next to him... Sure it will be a baptism of fire in melb against melb, and coggers D seriously tested, but any move that would see lichaa back in the starting pack is the wrong one short and long term... Lol at complacent... :)
