+x+x+x+x+x+xAmini has probably peaked. Podcast had Arnold all over him. He really likes him. The podcast was about ho Arnold flies around to visit players and has a great chat about life with them. I just really hope he can remember the football aspect when selecting. I feel McGree should be ahead of Amini. Mate, Amini has started week in week out in Europe for years now. Mcgree plays in the a-league against much weaker players. How can you put mcgree over Amini? The Danish league is crap, probably no better than A league. No need to get excited about a little league because its in Europe. McGree couldn’t last 6 months in Belgium so how can people expect him to be ahead of players playing their trade in low key leagues in Europe like Amini?
Amini cops too much stick on this forum, he’s only played a handful of games for the Roos and Arnie rates him so he sees something in him.
I like to see McGree back in Europe and then make a better judgement whether he can realistically make the Roos squad. Amini has been poor against a world class opposition like Taiwan (same as Borrello) n he was a sub n suppose to make as impact. First touch was very poor, I cn only judge frm what i saw. Mayb the right one for his club but nt at national level. Look at Boyd he came on as a sub u cn c he changes the game. Im sure Mcgree cn do a better job. N Holland should b given another chance. Boyle played 10 minutes against a tired defence and made one good run, Amini didn't even play because he was injured. By the way fix up your grammar. He has played a good 15-20 minutes against a tired Taiwanese side which is a much much weaker than the Jordanian. He was injured n didnt play against Jordan but nt against Taiwan. Boyd made 1 good run but at least he tried to break the Jordan defence n they couldnt keep up with his pace just like Arzani n what did Amini do other than side way passing. BTW go bck n watch all socceroo games it seems like u didnt watch shit lolz

Some absolute pearlers in here.
By now, American Samoa must have realised that Australias 22-0 win over Tonga two days earlier was no fluke.

Behich subbed on early against Roma, playing LW Holland starting against Rosenborg Rogic on the bench against Rennes

No time for Rogic. He needs more minutes but his sharpness against Jordan was surprising. If he did some extreme endurance training, would his stamina improve or do his lungs refuse to grow?

He shows flashes of quality but lacks consistency.

It appears Hertha will play a 352 under Klinsmann. Hopefully Wolf gets exposed defensively and Leckie can get ahead with his aerial dominance.

Geez it's exciting in Japan. Ange could seal the title today but it's unlikely. Main thing is a win and hopefully Tokyo draw meaning he'll have at least 5 goals better on GD going into the final game.

Big one for Brighton against Liverpool. Hopefully Mooy starts. Just want to see the comparison against the Liverpool midfielders. Hope he has a blinder.

+xLeckie didn't even make the bench Köpcke back in. Son of GK coach. Klinnsmann probably doesn't rate Leckie

Mooy doing well so far. Wolf has been caught out a fair but so Klutner would be next in line then perhaps Leckie. Winter loan is on the cards.

Why did Ryan take his hands down there? Looked like he could have got hands onto that.

Maty with some good saves but VDV makes it 1:0 with a nice header but I wonder if it was just too hard to get or Ryan mistimed his jump. Ryan again point blank vs Mane.

+xWhy did Ryan take his hands down there? Looked like he could have got hands onto that. Odd reaction. Perhaps his brain sent a message to let it possibly hit the bar rather than touch it leaving the ball sitting dangerously. Really split second stuff there. A shame he didn't go for it.

Still though why is Maty dipping all the time? It reminds me a lot of Robert Enke. Top at getting down low but did it a lot at set pieces.

Alisson red card and Dunk scores from the free. Now Trossard and Mooy turning Liverpool for fun. Come on!
