I ordered mine through the Ticketek website too, so I'm in the same boat as Stephen - still no sight of the ticket. :(

Havent been able to get tix to the game yet - hope to either ring up or go there on the weekend.

No use going through the net and Dad has a dicky knee and I need to get tix where he doesnt have to do alot of stair climbing

A couple of years ago I broke the big bone in my leg - had to get the lift in GA up and there are about 8 seats especially reserved for the disabled directly in front of the lift. ( half-way line GA )

Has anyone got their tickets in the mail yet? If I don't have them Monday I'll have to give Ticketek a call and see what's going on.

I tried giving them a call today (whilst at work), and didn't have time to play around with their automated answering service. All I got from the machine was that we are to allow 7-10 working days for delivery by regular mail (WTF??) or to pick up the tickets from an outlet. I was too busy to request to be put through to an actual person.

God I hate Ticketek. :evil:

In other words, they are saying it takes 5-8 days to send the tickets. I just hope my tickets are here Monday.

Im not sure where will be - should either sit in the grandstand somewhere or where i usually sit along the half way line. Like to play it safe with the weather with the grandstand though....I dont want to miss this game for anything!

I'll be in the GA section, along the half way line somewhere too. I don't care if it's pissing down, I'll still be there with my jacket on! :p

If I was comming by myself I wouldnt give a rats but Im not so I dont really care if im in the Grandstand as long as Im there somewhere!

why are we not getting the friendlies it looks like sydney possibly melbourne are getting i also think fulham played perth last year is it just the fact of a 15000 seat stadium or do we just not care

1) We lack the funds needed to draw the big clubs here to play

2) We don't have a decent sized stadium to make any money from such a fixture.

I'm happy with the Champions League at the moment, but yeah, I wouldn't mind watching us against someone like Boca Juniors or Blackburn or Rangers or whatever.

Go with what leftrightout has suggested, get there early and pick it up from the gate. I also recomend next time to go to a local rep for ticketek so it is pay and walkout with the thing in your hand.

I'm on the phone with them now. I think they deliberately make it hard for you to contact them so you'll just give up and they don't have to deal with you.

I've just spent about 15 minutes on hold, so I can't be fucked with dealing with them over the phone now. I was still in Japan when I ordered the tickets, so it was a bit hard to go to an agency to book. :p

But yeah, in future, I'll be booking in person if possible. I'm just pissed off that I had paid for delivery, but will now end up collecting it at the gate anyway.

Ok they said they sent it on Friday so I should have it by tomorrow. I don't have a ticketek outlet near me so I have to order online.

He has been released as far as I am aware. No anouncement from the club re a contract extension anyway.
