Macarthur could become everyone’s second team (at least members of this thread) as we all keep a close eye on products we’ve been reading about for years but hardly had a chance to see play.

+x+xMacarthur coach Ante Milicic: “We’ve signed 9 players. 4-5 of them are Australians playing in Europe that haven't played in A-League before." Any guesses? Federici Holmes Ryan Laws Lyden Dougall Cleur Folami Iredale 1+2 Nah I think its Anthony Carter and those boys that were playing Romania not sure where they are now.

Josh Laws (Dusseldorf II) and Daniel Bouman (Cambuur) have both left their respective clubs according to transfermarket.

Ryan concedes. Greenwood is allowed to run sharply towards goal on an angle with 3 Brighton defenders standing off him. His swift rolling shot beats Ryan at his near post. Ryan saw it late as it came between the defender's legs but he probably could've gotten it.

Disagree - Greenwood was allowed to stroll almost as far as the penalty spot before shooting. Very difficult to react from that distance.

Replays show Greenwood ran the ball out in the lead-up to that second goal, but VAR missed the incident so goal stands.

2:0 United. Brighton standing off again but the deflected shot beats Ryan at his near post again. Hard to watch

+xDisagree - Greenwood was allowed to stroll almost as far as the penalty spot before shooting. Very difficult to react from that distance. That's what was so frustrating. They didn't close him down and Ryan went the right way but there was minimal time to get to it.

3:0. Quick counter by United and Brighton aren't marking up at all. Fernandes allowed to volley from point blank range leaving Ryan stranded.

FT: 3-0. A frustrating game to watch, considering how well Brighton played against Arsenal and Leicester.
Mooy came on at 80’ and had a few nice touches and passes.

yer the game sucked for Brighton allowed them to play. I find it funny how united is looked upon resurging but obviously when an opponent doesn't give them the challenge it all looks too easy, wow united are on a roll. Sorry for Ryan, his backline and mids were pretty ordinary. Mooy also had a couple of pass's intercepted on top of the good quoting Bowden. Friggin hope they avoid the drop for they don't have an easy run home last 6games. My predictions Norwich away - should win LFC home - loss City home - loss Southampton home - ??? Toons home - ???? Burnley away - loss

Assist for Kalik against Hajduk. 4:48 https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5AyuNXGEutw
By now, American Samoa must have realised that Australias 22-0 win over Tonga two days earlier was no fluke.

+xAiden O’Neill’s contact has been extended again at Burnley. I figured 2 years loaned out to Australia, they may have called it quits,... He's considered home grown... went over there at 15 and been at same club for more than 3 years before he turned 21.

+xFT: 3-0. A frustrating game to watch, considering how well Brighton played against Arsenal and Leicester. Mooy came on at 80’ and had a few nice touches and passes. it was an odd 11. so much rotation in this squad. also, do they really need 6 potential starting right backs at brighton? i think he might have been rested. considering they set up with 5 at the back they might have been trying to grind out a draw. they have the points in the bag to save their energy for more likely wins.

LASK miss out on Champions League qualifiers after two consecutive losses. Europa group stage is still possible, same for Jeggo.
