Turvey unfortunately has health issues (brain related?) They probably prevent him  taking the reins.

IMO Anderson hasn't done much wrong on field results were due to the salary cap issues and the coaches.

Sponsorship and juniors seem to be being sorted out.

In the long run a family connection to Bullfrog should count for nothing, but the current board and management deserve another 2-3 years and then to judged on merit.

The media campaign is push back from the Dibbies, there is no pool of outstanding talent waiting in the wings ready to run our club. This lot and Barrett are our best hope, we have to hope Barrett is the goods, a lot is riding on that.

I thought 2021 was when we were to begin to emerge from our salary cap woes.  Not for a moment did I expect that we would be transformed into a contender immediately.  I will be happy with steady progress at all levels, development, recruitment, coaching and administration. 
the current problems at board level need to be confronted and put to bed.  this may be difficult because if reports are correct there were complaints made and then there was a refusal to go ahead when action was taken.
