Is there a particular reason why Sutherland haven't been able to challenge for the NPL title over the past decade?

Mostly money, hard to offer what other clubs do. Also retaining players, each year we tend to make a couple decent signings but the players don’t hang around either because the changeover from coach or better offers.

It’s run alright, could be better with more people involved I feel. we are good in the youth, which is a mix of having a strong area to pull from but also our youth is run well. I think not having a long term coach has had a lot of players come for a season then leave, Palapanis had a strong squad when he took over, he then left to Olympic with half the squad.
