Zef, I have seen footage of an object in flight and when they edited it there were single frames that shows this object performing loops. It was so fast a single frame captured a complex aerial manoeuvres. Some of these UAP's are definitely not locally produced. I also personally know people (very creditable people) that have witnessed these objects close up and personal and were extremely emotionally affected.
