The players listed above have another full season before the start of the 2023 AFC u20 championships to gain more experience and caps. 
In comparison to the squad in 2016 which had 123 caps before the start of AFC U20 2016 (25 players). 
This shows that these current players are far more experienced in comparison with generations before. 
Hopefully this equates to better  performances in the upcoming tournament 

I would have Tete Yengi ahead for Mo Toure at the moment given he is playing well, scoring goals and providing assists at senior level currently. His height would also be a nightmare for defences at set pieces.

This is the same Tete Yengi who couldn’t get a run for the Jets when they couldn’t buy a goal and you’ll have him over our most promising player??

Agree - but he needs to learn when to do his 'Timmy Cahill push'. Timmy did it to get room usually before the ball was played to him. Archie does it on the way in and any ref (with or without VAR) will disallow any goal he scores in these circumstances.

Wiki saying we didn’t enter under 19s despite having won it 5 times previously. It’s off season, it’s close by (indo). 

Yeah weird that we’re only entering a Joeys team into AFF tournaments but not entering Young Socceroos, Olyroos or Socceroos teams.

We do tend to be shit like that though.

Another thing I neglected to mention was that our U-20 side will be off to Iraq for the 2023 AFC U-23 championship qualification. Top goes through with second place q possibility.

2023 AFC U-17 Championship qualification for our group starts against Northern Mariana Islands on the 5th of October. This will take place in Shepparton. Make sure you get down. 

Also in our group is China and Cambodia.

Whats going on with our women's sides. 

The 2022 AFF U19 Championship has kicked off without us and it still makes me mad. Will keep you updated on how it goes. Thailand and Indonesia have started off well.

U23s who have not played together against the senior Philippines team in the rain and coached by Alen Stajcic.

The u23 squad seems to be made up of mainly NPL players and there are a good number of 15 to 18 year olds in it.  I think that it is great that we are using this competition as a development opportunity. 1-0 against a full international Phillipines team isn't a bad result.  The own goal that decided the game was a bit cruel.

East Timor and Malaysia the winners from last night. Malaysia jumps Cambodia to move into the qualification positions.
