^ yeah Heidelberg is actually pretty good location for me so that’s all g. Sunday night at 6.30, dragging other little ones out there and dropping off. I don’t think their parents will approve.
Saturday arvo, sat night or sun arvo seems like a logical time.

They've only got 1 set of change rooms. Hence the kickoff gap to cover all eventualities

+xThey've only got 1 set of change rooms. Hence the kickoff gap to cover all eventualities The NPLW Grand Final should be stand alone as it is with the Cup. Moving forward FV should be announcing the Grand Final venue at the beginning of the season. And to add while FV determined City Vista was best for Player, Official and Sponsor experience, it would be nice if supporter experience was a priority too.

No disrespect to any Berger fans but if Kimon and co are looking for the best official and sponsor experience at OV they are going to have to stay home and watch on NPL.TV :)

Possibly 5 pm before changing rooms are available

Of course i want Oakleigh to win, but atleast a greek team is taking home the cup one way or another :)

How come Heidelberg have never put lighting in their stands? It’s ludicrous how dark it is.
Looked a handball shout there against oakleigh
2-0 oakleigh though

Very tough day for Mono and co. South was just unable to make passes to another South player going forward - which made the game very one-sided and prevented them from actually playing the game. I don't understand why you kept booting the ball downfield so inaccurately when you had the quality there to play through, and why so many times you chose to head the ball 'anywhere' when again there were options to control. Great season for you regardless, but disappointment in the end I know. Next season you aim to go one better again...

I put it down to a make shift formation, 3 x crucial outs and then loosing Mikkola at the half was just the straw that broke the camels back... 28 x matches for 21 W 2 D and just 5L all season and the one that counted we got turned over by 5......... Fuck football sometimes eh :) Well done to Oakleigh, deserved it on the night, they played us off the park .... Hellas boys will lick their wounds and come again. Your getting the cream of NPL Vic in Knowles mate, Dont be suprised if Mikkola is on Moon's radar as well if what I hear is true......

+x5-0 now for Oakleigh, And the final score. Hellas capitulated that second half. Folded like a wet paper towel. We played maybe 15-20 mins of football in the first half, the rest was ........ lets just say, it has been the first time in around 8-10 years that Ive ever left a game 10 mins early ..... Im ashamed of myself but I just couldn't watch anymore..... This is going to sting for a very very long time.... Happy for everyone that is rejoicing at our loss this morning ...... all the best all of you for the season ahead.......

I watched the replay last night with a few scotches (yes I know Im a masochist) and the filth coming from one guy in particular was hilarious..... Yeah? I'll watch the replay tonight then. I went mostly for the crowd atmosphere, so i was with the south melbourne cheer squad, expecting to hear them chant and stuff. They had drums and trumpets ready to go, but I don't think i ever heard them being played. Honestly i left kinda disappointed, was hoping for a very close game. The souvlakis were nice atleast, the amount of people crammed in the room trying to get their food though, oh my god that was a nightmare, i think i missed a good 30mins of the game just trying to get a souvlaki! Saw a south melbourne fan crying his eyes out, felt bad for him, didn't realise the game meant so much to some of the supporters. Was a good turnout though, i was predicting around 1k+ to come, but yeah it looked like it was around 3.5 - 5k+ people there i think. Definitely was more south Melbourne supporters, credit to the ones that stayed. Heard some yelling and screaming in the car park, sounded like that south Melbourne supporter that was crying, guy seems to be very passionate, i wonder if there was a fight between fans. Overall, good crowd turnout, game was meh, food was good but wish it was bigger, and the weather was crap.

As far as the crowd goes, if it was played at 3pm or 4pm it would have been a bigger crowd as the weather was pretty good. What it does show is how far behind we are in Melbourne with our boutique stadia that has some semblance of spectator comfort. I was in Adelaide in July, the facilities in Mount Barker, ServiceFM Stadium, the future West Adelaide Stadium along with Hindmarsh Stadium blew me away.
