+xHa people writing Ange will be shaking in the Premier League atmosphere. Thinking of a list. Coached at a WC under very intimidating atmospheres. Has been to Jordan next to a refugee camp where they let the locals in. All over central Asia. Honduras away. The football may be better but I don't think the noise or 'fear' will even register. Good call, rocks and full cans of beer being thrown at Somers St back in the day and he coached in Greece for half a season, thats enough to scare the bejeezus out of anyone.

+xSo young! As we once all are or were. Its just nuts.... I watched this lanky kid make his debut at Middle Park, go from promising junior to club captain, 2 x National Champion as player and then 2 x times as manager, go overseas, guide Australia to our only (so far) national team silverware, boss it in Japan, destroy it (5/6 tittles in 2 years) in Glasgow and now will be on our screens, and those of nearly a billion people, every week in the EPL... Just amazing. Can't get behind Spurs with any sens of fandom but will definitely be watching his every game, enjoying the achievement and wishing him well.....

+x+xScotish media are plugging Ange's "farewell" match with South Melbnourne allowing free entry to people wearing Celtic kit. Is Australian media even mentioning that? lol Hahahahahah talk about timing :) In all honesty, we loved the association with Celtic, especially the Melbourne Celtic fan base who have trickled their way to Lakeside over the past couple of years.... We had a fantastic time with them last year in that great game against Avondale (down 0-3 at halftime only to come back 4-3 winners) the party in the social club afterwards was immense.... All Celts will have e a warm home away from home at Laekside forevermore ... we share a bond in Ange's achievements and while I get they are hurting now, he left both our clubs as a legend and you will always be welcome at Lakeside bhoys..... HH  Many good Scots played there decades ago.

I agree it is cringe worthy, I can only wear my varying kits to training - I like being neutral at games here far too many people are arseholes and I avoid being a target. SMH have a right whatever they do riding off one of their own backs, maybe BR could follow ? oh wait not in season hahaha

The SPFL cannot attract the level of player required to do better in the UCL. Not in the modern era anyway. Celtic should be at able to match Bodo Glimt and Shakhtar (in war time). Neither team did any better than Celtic in the Champions League. Was Bodo Glimt even in the UCL?? Shakhtar got 6 points, Celtic 2 in the same UCL group. 6 points > 2 points. Glimt beat Celtic 5-1 on aggregate in the ECL. Anyway how well Postcoglou does will depend on the clean out he will be allowed, how adaptable he is, and dealing with the Players Committee (FFS!) Spurs should sell Kane to Real and that will open up so many positive possibilities on the pitch, on the transfer market and in the dressing room politics, but will it be allowed?

I am wondering why Kane would leave Spurs. He's on 213 goals. Another two seasons with the goal return he had this year, and he breaks Shearer's all time scoring record for the EPL. Something that you would think with the current rotations and squad sizes would be unlikely to be beatten for a long long time, if ever.
He turns 30 next month, so if he does a Vardy and stays in the EPL until his mid to late 30's he would have well over 300 goals.

As a former striker, what bigger "trophy"could he have? with Benzema gone Kane is a ripe picking for RM and word has been mentioned, Benzema cleaned up with Ronaldo gone now @ 35, Kane is a good 5yr buy staying fit and the $$$$ thrown for him surely Levy will bite I expect. They need to re build midfield a little but will again vie for the title and more, Kane will have far better odds getting a trophy there. Ah Enzo, for a smart man like Ange picking up the mess that still was a out and out no2 at the time wasn't rocket science for him what they needed to straighten the ship and compete against Rangers who was on the wobblies in any case with Gerrard jumping ship. Not to say he did it easy but imo JL was harder that was brilliant and coming up the no1 challenge for any coach the EPL.
