WGMG: Watching Bates Motel on FOX8 and realising that they cut heaps out of the episodes in order to put ads in. i've watched the season online and just watching an episode on FOX8 that is so butchered that it barely makes sense. Absolutely ridiculous.

Channel 9 did the same thing with The Following and completely destroyed the show.

I couldn't believe it to be honest. They cut whole scenes and sequences.... It barely made any sense

I wonder if you could re-cut the show and completely change the storyline :-k

Basically from the small part I watched, they were showing a scene where the main character breaks into a cop's house. In that scene the cop's dog is supposed to attack him in a bedroom, before he escapes and locks the dog in there... They totally skipped that and just showed the cop opening his bedroom door with his dog randomly locked I there.... Lol

WGMG: Wake up at 4:20am and go downstairs to watch the Confederations Cup on SBS, and all they're showing is Weatherwatch.

Turns out they're only broadcasting the semi-final and final on TV, the rest is being streamed online. Fuck that. Now, I won't be able to get back to sleep.

Why the fuck would you show Weather Watch ahead of the Confed cup when you've already paid for the rights to it?!

Because otherwise they'll upset the 0.1% of Polish immigrants in Australia who turn out to be chronic insomniacs, who watch SBS at 4am in the morning to see live pictures of random cities across the world, whilst listening to some random fucking music.

I'd be surprised if they scored more than 10-12 tbh, they aren't that direct a team and seem content to just pass it around and play 'keep things off' rather than hound the opposition goal once they take the lead, which is why they can be dull to watch at times imo.

Basically the stations that came free with that flatscreen is no good to anyone. A person has to put in a dvd, watch cable tv or stream stuff from the Internet

Those without those sources for entertainment are obviously simple minded to think whats on the box free can offer any 'entertainment'

tv is so bad I'd rather watch the same episode of Family Guy or The Simpsons I've seen 30 times than watch whatever drivel they're broadcasting.
