I'm planning on hitting the gym soon. At the moment, just enjoying being back in the saddle. I used to enjoy mountainbiking and mainly downhill. But only recently over the last few years i have got into road cycling. I haven't gone full lycra suit yet though. I'll never forget my first time back on the bike after nearly 15 years. After 3 minutes i was totally fucked haha.

With running it only needs to be about 20-30 mins for a good workout - but don't start straight away with running as you'll get injured.
Get an app called "couch to 5km". Starts off with walking and gently builds you up to running that distance. It all depends on intensity. You cycle up hills and 30 minutes will annihilate you. My preference is always a well structured gym program with some high intensity interval training such as hill sprints. The problem with Adelaide is that it's pretty flat. The hills that surround the city are pretty good but if salmon didn't live close enough to them it'd be pretty the consuming to get to. Especially as he's not old enough for drivers license yet. Depends, I live in outer Golden Grove and it is hilly as fuck.

WFMB: The family of a workmate of mine, who also died at the Bataclan, got in touch with me and gave me some very kind words and gifts because they heard through other work mates about what happened to my girlfriend. We sat and talked and grieved for about 3 hours.

WFMB: Already making genuine progress in coming out of my shell. Might actually be able to say I've got some IRL m80s by the end of the year.

Wfmb: Electronic roulette... Anyone who can't win money on that is just spastic... Honestly, it's the easiest thing ever... You have a 33% chance before you even take into account what line the last number was on... Tonight, I doubled $100 in about 10 minutes using bets no bigger than $20 (most were $5 or $10), it's just so freaking easy to count!!
