I remember growing up and the old man would say to me "You'll understand when you're older" about pretty much everything. Naturally when I was 15 going on 16 I thought he was clueless... But it's so true, and I bet 99% of the blokes in here will agree.

You'd be surprised at how many people will go through their whole school life without putting themselves in that situation just because they might get rejected.

I left high school in 02 and am happily married now but i can honestly say that without being an awkward person i hated being in a position like that, i have had 3 serious relationships in that time and have picked up plenty of girls but i always had this fear of the date (i know yours isnt a date) i can honestly say I've never been on one of those dates i Always orchestrated ways around it to avoid them til i was ìn a comfortable situation. So i commend you on your moves.

Everytime you find yourself overthinking things go to the gym or go for a run, Train your brain to not overthink things.

And the benefit is even if you still overthink things you will be regularly exercising which will make you feel incredible.

WFMB: Went shopping today and got a bunch of new clothes (first time I've actually been able to pick out what I want to wear) as well as a new wallet to replace my crappy 9 year old Simpsons wallet. I guess you can call this the start of me reinventing myself.

Having a good laugh. Some dope was on those new hoverboards in Melbourne CBD - Was looking at his phone, At which point he crashed into a vehicle that had turned into a side lane.

WFMB: Christmas means selling christmas trees for the first 3 weeks of december... in my spare time i can make $2,700 for 3 weeks no matter how much i sell (on top of the pay i get at my normal work ) and the mrs takes 2 weeks holidays from her work and makes $1,800 on top of her holiday pay. Good times!
