Williams is brilliant. I'm playing FM as Sunderland and i signed him and he's doing quite well.

Nick Tsattalios and Dean Bouzanis are also pretty good.

I've been told so, I know my way around it pretty well. Valeri faded into obscurity in mine, Williams and Vidosic are doing ok. Spira is massively overrated, Burns is ok, currently playing for Zaragoza B tho...Milligan is shit (masive injuries)...Bouzanis is gun, but he's been playing for me so taht probably helped. There's no real standout aussies coming through the ranks though unfortunately.

That's a pretty shit regen system. I dunno that that's how it operates.

I have a question with regards to FM08 if anyone is familiar with it.

I created a club in the data editor and put them in the EPL and so on. I just did not put players and a board. But when i start my game, i cant choose to play in england. I can play in every other league but just not england. And when i start in another league, that team is actually there when i search for it and all. I really want to try this way of making a club and starting from scratch sort of thing. What do i have to do. I did not save it as default setting obviously, i put a new one in. I didnt delete any teams or anything. Thanks guys.

I'll try my best to explain this blind, but what i think it is is that you've created a team and put it into the league with no board (which is essential) and without removing a team from the prem (you MUST have 20 teams in the league, no more, no less) so you gotta delete a club. And it would probably help to put some players in there too. ;)

So, i managed to avoid the drop in season one, im still in the championship which is what i aimed for, this season is the season for promotion.

Joining up with the squad are; theres lots of noobs, joe ledley, joao victor - superstar, marcus bent - for experience and goals bit of a risk but..., nathan coe as a 3rd keeper and aussie flavour, winston parks, damien plessis, kaz patafta, rui fonte... or was he last season, lulihna, bruce djite, and a few others.

Are these players that are gonna get me up and are they good signings? Am i looking in the right places?

And reading, sunderland and drum roll please...newcastle have drop in on the championship party.

LOL, playing FM right now, its half time against the 2nd team in the CC, im winning 3-0, i just start a match, alt tab and go here, then mix it up if im losing at half time and repeat.

The only ones there taht will win you promotion are perhaps Plessis, Patafta and Lulinha. but I'm not in the mood to be making recommendations atm...I guess, try mexicans and Italians, they seem to have a fair bit of tallent there...Buzzegoli is quality, so'd CHRIS JAMES,,,

You need to get a feeder club, from a country they can play for, and loan them out there until they become citizens for that country. Belgium is the favourite for it, because it only take 3 years for them to become citizens. Spain i think is another.

Get a feeder club to loan them out to, some nations have shorter times to become citizens than others, shorter ones include Turkey, Belgium, France and Poland. Look around, when you request the feeder club, it may give you the option to select which kind of club change that to whatever the option is that looks like it will give you clubs from there (I think it's 'international loan'). Also, each time you offer the player a new contract the work permit is reconsidered, so try that every couple of months. In the mean-time, put the players on intense training schedules (but not too intense, you'll get them injured). Out of curiosity, which players are without permits?
