I seem to always conceded in the 2nd half between 45th and 65th mins, is there a way to stop that?

Last game of the season in championship i am 1 point in relegation zone, im playing boro who had clinched a playoff spot already, i beat boro 3-1 away and doncaster can only draw 0-0 with millwill at home so i jump doncaster and send them down, this is fantastic as we where last at the end of the year,January arrived and i loaned in Jermaine Beckford who takes the piss and scores 12 goals in 18 games,

Just finished the most frustrating game I have ever played... FC Bayern @ home against Koln... Koln won 1 nil... We had 25 shots and 7 "clear cut" chances and failed to put even 1 away... it was disgusting... Koln had 2 shots on target for the whole game...

Look at if your defensive players are getting tired at half time...Also, you can't go attacking for 90 minutes, maybe pull back a little at the start of the second half. See if you can starve out the opposition for that 20 minute period and then bring on an attacking substitute and run out the last 25 minutes attacking to seal off the game.

I have the same problem where I concede around the 50th minute if I forget to pull things back a little.

I'm going into my third season now, I signed Pato and Jovetic for around 17m each, picked up Riise on a free transfer and let Aurelio go.

Meanwhile, at Atletico I forked over 20m for Javier Pastore to bolster my midfield and picked up Arda Turan on a free transfer.

Forlan's getting on a little now and I might look to replace him with Cardozo fairly soon...but he scored 46 goals in 54 games last season and I can't bring myself to let him go just yet becase I know that a club like Getafe will be sniffing around and snap him up.

How do you guys find encouraging players to become coaches works out for you? I've just turned Carragher into a player/coach and he's got better stats than I expected. I'm considering trying to groom Gerrard and Forlan into assistant coaches soon.

Well, I bought a new laptop yesterday, and am buying FM 2011 today. Am going to create lower tiers below the A-League, however what I'd like is to import some logos of State League clubs, and logos for Canberra United, Western Sydney etc, as well as league logos and club kits.

I have tried doing this a few times before, but it never works. Can someone take me through the steps of how to do it?

the best place to look would be fm base and sortitoutsi, there will be forumers there who can give you intricate details on how big each image should be, and how to go about it. There may already even be an existing logo pack.

Ok, so I invested in my youth system last term. And stumbled across This lad in the youth team. He's already making himself a mainstay in the england set-up. I also picked up Nico Coolen off Ajax for a meagre 4m.

I've played two rounds in the League Cup and the Quarter finals have just been drawn...I've played Arsenal and Chelsea so far and just got United. GAGF.

I've just taken on the Brazil job to go with my Boro job, and theres some real promising talent in their national youth sides. I'm gunna have to brown nose them to try and pursuade them to come to Boro.

I'm getting a bit jaded with my Boro game atm.
I won the league last season without dropping a game (currently on a 45 game unbeaten run in the EPL)but still missed out on my first champions league title. I made it to the final again, but lost 1-2 to Real Madrid.

Aside from getting that illustrious CL trophy, the only other thing I have to look forward to is the new stadium that finishes being constructed at the end of next season. Will take the capacity from 42500 to the high 50's.

I'll spend 3 more seasons at Boro (hopefully pick up a CL) then might head over to Italy and try and turn some struggling side into a dynasty.

How the heck do you get the brazil job? I reckon I've played 50 years worth of FM and not once have I had an application for the Brazil job accepted. Did you set your nationality to Brazilian?

No. My sole nationality is set to Australian.

I've actually been offered it twice in the past (in this current game) and at the same time that they offered it to me this time, I was also offered the Argentina job (which I've also turned down in the past). Funnily enough, Australia hasnt approached me yet.

As you probably saw previousl, I've won La Liga twice and got turned down for the Australia job. Actually, with that profile I've applied for England (rejected for Hodgson), Argentina (for Oscar Garre), Brazil (for Luxembourgo), Australia (for Arnold) and Mexico (for Jesus Ramirez). Uncool.

Just got Peterborough promoted to the Championship in the first season. Top scorer was Leigh Griffiths. Bloody cracking player from Dundee, only cost me 300k. 30 goals in 41 league games =P~

He looks like a handy championship level/low epl level striker.

I was surprised that he wanted to come to League One tbh. Played him up front on his own with Mackail-Smith as a right winger. MS got about 20 assists and 10 goals.

Yeah, I'm not surer why it is. May be because I have 4 Brazillians in my team, and I'm in all of their favoured personnel lists.

In my current game, Mexico just won the 2026 World Cup, Argentina are ranked 28th, while NZ qualified for the World Cup and we didnt.

I dont know what it is, but I always seem to fizzle out in the CL final. I've made it to 3 finals now and have lost them all.

Never had games where they have scored 2 late goals like that though. I generally always try and rotate my squad enough to keep them all in good condition though, so rarely at the end of games do I have more than one player at less than 70% condition.

In times like that I just get so pissed off I cheat and restart from my last save :p

So far in my game ive played in 4 Europa League finals, 0 wins 4 losses. So frustrating. All my players were fresh, when Sneijder knocked his second, ive gone Contain, time wasting etc... but got 5 mins of injury time, they equalized, im like ill see it out, play in extra time, then they got a corner, unmarked header at the back post, fucking pisses me off. Oh well i won the Serie A, then the City job got vacated and that where i am now.

Personally, I reckon the ECL title is the easiest to win.
