Yep if there were only spaniards then it should be retaken. If there were paraguyans then it doesn't get retaken.

Add that to the dive to get the penalty from Villa and the goal that should have been allowed from Valdez and this ref has had a shit game.

The refereeing has been poor tonight. Multiple times goal kicks have been awarded when it should have been corners.

Cordozo (sp) was active when the ball was played in, and was in front, so I think the Valdez decision was correct.

I think there is going to be late drama. Don't think we'll make it to pens.

If spain dont get an early goal against germany, germany may very well over do them. spain still haven't hit their stride even at this late stage of the tournament but I'm hoping spain will edge it out in a thriller. Germany will be favourites going into this semi-final because they just seem a whole lot more organised than Spain but Spain are definitely the team to stop them in their tracks. Luckily for spain, they have david villa hitting the target!
