Brazil have slumped to 45th in the World Rankings and it is only March 2013. :shock: Australia in 15th.

Won the Eredivisie in season 1 with FC Utrecht, fairly easily didn't lost to any of the big sides (PSV, AZ, Twente, Feyenoord), but would drop the occasional match to one of the minnows.

Oar, Zullo & Sarota all had good seasons, and have Petratos & Birighitti coming in on free's at the end of the season.

I managed to snare ex-Man City striker Jo in loan in January but couldn't get him to sign on permanently. He was a beast grabbed 2 hat-tricks during his time, but was very hot & cold. Need another striker to compete in champions league, might have to pay the big $$$ to get someone from South America.

Just downloaded it last night, spent up untill 4am playing it.

Opened a save playing as Sydney FC. Went through pre-season undefeated, had a narrow scare against Sydney United, beat them 2-1 after they were 1-0 up at half time. Juho Makela rescued us though. We drew 1-1 in our final game against Parramatta which I wasn't too please about.

Lost the opening game 3-2 t Brisbane at home, which was even more fustrating, as we were 2-0 up at half time. Then went on a 5-game winning streak, which included a 3-0 thumping of Victory at Etihad. Beauchamp scored a double - it's not every day you get to say that, is it! Harry Kewell recieved a season long injury from Terry McFlynn which I found a tad amusing, even more so as he didn't even pick up yellow from it.

Currently sitting first on the ladder tied with Perth. We're ahead on goal difference. nfortunatly Perth beat me in my last game just then, so that was annoying, broke my 5-game winning streak. Adelaide are bottom of the ladder, and playing awfully similar to the way they're playing atm. Thumped them 4-1 at Hindmarsh.

I've only used one formation thus far, as it seems to work wonders against most teams, 4-4-2 with a diamond midfield. 2 attackers, alterning between Bruno/Bridge and Bruno/Juho. The owners haven't given me any o=money for transfers so I've had to do with the squad i've been given. I've given a two year extension to Bruno, he's been out most consistant striker thus far, 6-goals in 8 games, but if he had been more accurate he could just about have a hat-trick a game. Same goes for Juho, however he doesn't seem keen on resigning, and I think there's a Scottish team who is interested in him, so I might let them buyh him in January and get a bit of cash.

I've sent scouts to Indonesia and Singapore, and thus far their reports sound promising. At least one French striker I might bring in to replace Juho in January who plays for home United.

I'm hooked on the game already. :)

My record is 12. Only player on the pitch who wasn't booked was the keeper and a CB. Fined for 'not controlling my players'.

Has anyone noticed games you holiday past now count towards your Ass-Man? I'll admit, I holidayed a fair few games last season, coz hey, it's the SPL, and I had more important things to worry about, like the rest of Europe. We won the league by 20ish points, so I was expecting to win manager of year. Except I didn't...my Ass Man did.:lol:

Yeah, and you can't go on holiday on a matchday anymore.

Although that just means once you've clicked past team selection. You can still actually holiday on the day.

Yeah. I'm a bit annoyed by this though. It means I can't pick the second XI and then holiday a meaningless cup match against a non-league team.

You should be able to click "Use Current Tactics" & "Use Current Team Selection When Possible" in the holiday screen.

That doesn't always work. Unless they've improved it significantly this year, my ass man always subs off 2 players in the first half because he 'doesn't like them' or 'doesn't rate them'.

I've noticed the OG thing alot aswell Afro, always seems to happen to me, but never to the other team. Started a save managing all the Aussie teams, made the 1/4 finals of the Olympics in 2012 where I got beaten by Spain 2-1 which was a pretty good effort I thought. Not going as well with the full national team, currently ranked 41st and am about to go into a play off with Saudi Arabia to make the World Cup in 2014. Has anyone had many good Aussie regens come through yet, haven't had anyone worth much so far and it's rather annoying.

I had a good start of the season and was sitting 4th going into December 3pts behind Tottenham in first.
In December I had 8 starting players get injured by the end of December going into a horror run of Tottenham, Chelsea, Man U and Man City twice (once in the league and the FA cup) in 10 days. Since I have only 20 players in my first squad, no reserve team and an aweful youth team I'm expecting a sharp fall down the table.

West Ham produced a good premier league quality Australian right winger who is now in my team. The US are producing the best players in my game.

Africans are great except for the whole ANC problem every 2 years. I prefer south americans.

My next two games have also included OG's. A 4-2 win over Swansea had a Coates OG for Swansea and Subotic put the ball into my net in a 1-1 draw with Man U at old Trafford. That's now 6 consecutive games with Own Goals.

Rebuilt my back office. Full training staff, a new physio (old one had physiotherapy 5 and was on £13.5k a week lol), two new scouts (one with 18 for ability, one with 15 for potential), new Assistant.

With the new ability scout scoping out targets, I've added a lot of talent, far surpassing last years squad.

Went on holiday for a month with Bury sitting 11th in November, came back had been sacked, i was like haha wtf took me 3 months to get a new job, took over at Crawley with them sitting 20th in League 2. Once again i have no Transfer budget but ive just set up Man Utd as a parent team (Crawley dont have any affiliates) so im gonna grab a couple of youngsters for the remainder of the season.

Played 4 games so far, 3 wins, 1 draw and got them up to 15th but its so tight that im only 8 points outside the playoffs.

Why can't the damn finals be after the league finishes?
I am in 5th 2 points behind Man City with a game in hand but I have only 17 uninjured players available for the tough fixtures and have had no recovery time for the past few weeks at all because of the stupid positioning of the finals.

All I can suggest is that you rest players from training so that they rehabilitate faster for those games. playing Wolfsburg 2 days after Villa is bullshit though.

We beat Wolfsburg 3-1 in extra time to defend our Euro Cup title. The squad was dead for the game against Chelsea and got thumped 4-1. Against Liverpool we got 2 early goals and was in 4th place until Man City got a 85th minute equaliser and then a 87th minute winner against Leicester.

Just finished my first ever FM season, with Sydney FC. I thought I did quite well. 2nd position behind Wellington Phoenix. For some reason I can't screen shot anything. :?

Anyway, finished 2nd, does anyone know, because I keep forgetting, but do Wellington represent the A-League in the ACL.

I scored 55 goals for, 35 against, which in al honesty I'm not that happy about. The team was very inconsistent after round 5, we started the season beautifully, playing a 442 diamond midfield, and we won all our opening 5 odd games. I think teams started figuring out how to play us, because we then lost a few in the row, and for the rest of the season I was trying out new formations, with varying degree's of success. But unfortunatly my teams form was far too inconsistent for my liking. We'd win a couple of tight games, then lose a couple that we really should have beaten. One good point of the season, was we beat Melbourne Victory all 3 times, putting at least 3 goals past them on all occasions. Won the first game 3-0, 2nd 3-1, 3rd 3-2.

About to start playing in the finals, hoping our form picks up n the finals. Can see a final between us and Wellington.

Sydney FC must have finished the season before in the game as premiers because we're in the champions league (asian) we've drawn Tianjin TEDA, Pohang Steelers and Nagoya Stolz. Currently 2nd in the group, lost the opening game to 2-1 against Stolz , which I felt we should have won, we then drew Pohang 1-1 in Pohang. nother game we should have won. Wewere up 1-0 untill the 80th minute when one of their strikers had a long shot, and Liam Reddy caught the ball, then dropped it, then it rolled into the back of the net. An absoloute coach killer, especially when he had actually made quite a few good saves to keep us in the game.

Hoping we can make it through to the next round, given the fact we should be able to beat all 3 teams, it's quite possible. For all 3 games, I've been tipped as favorites, and been tipped a draw.

Anybody know how I can screenshot stuff, normally print screening it works, not this time, do i need special recording equipment for it?

Host Real Madrid in the champions League semi final...win 2-1 with Tevez and Subotic scoring in the first half before Khedira claws one back for Madrid to keep them in with a shout.

On the weekend I've got the chance to win the title with a home game against Villa, I make massive changes to focus on the mid-week clash with Madrid and go 2-0 down within the first 15 minutes before Agger and a young lad I'm giving a chance to step up and level it going into the break...they go ahead again through Agbonlahor before Agger rescues me a point late on.

And then I travel to Madrid...which nobody really likes doing...and I go 1-0 down after 2 minutes. Awesome.

And then 2-0 down thanks to Higuain (get garked)...then right before HT Gerrard scores to get us level on aggergate. Then almost immediately in the second half we get a corner, Subotic puts us at 2-2 and 10 minutes later Tevez has us in the lead from outside the area. I damn near broke my bed celebrating! They got a consolation goal in the 92nd minute.
