If there were only two movies I could recommend people to watch, first would be Earthlings and the other Irreversible.

That was 10 years ago. 10 years ago Affleck is nowhere near as good as current Affleck.

And Ben Affleck was far from the biggest thing wrong with that movie. Also, you'd think people would learn their lesson before complaining. The backlash to this has been hilarious considering it's very similar to the backlash to Heath Ledger being cast as the Joker :lol:

He's a big unit, has the jaw-line, can be classy and/or bad ass. The only issue you have is the accent.

You know who'd make an awesome Batman? Ben Fucking Affleck, that's who. So fucking move on and wait for the fucking movie. The real issue isn't going to be who plays the guy - it's going to be how they make the story work - because putting two heroes up against each other is a lot easier on the page than it is on the screen.

Couldn't have said it better myself. People also better get used to more Ben Affleck as Batman because reports are he's signed a multi-film deal and I think it's fairly obvious part of him taking on the role is to have a go at directing a Batman movie down the line.

Wow. Just watched Drive. Definitely one of, if not the best movie I have seen in recent years. The scene in the hotel/motel changes everything about the film in 5 seconds, yet it's all a seamless transition. Gosling owns the screen, awesome performance.
