If these Tolman rumours are to be believed Parra will have the following players next season on massive money, most undeserved
Sandow $550k Norman $500k Tolman $650k Hayne (who knows but will be masisve obviously) Hoppa Jr Anywhere between $700-800k (this one still makes me break down laughing everytime I read it:lol:)
That is fucking ridiculous  Only player who you could maybe consider top class and worth the money is Hayne, and even then he has too seriously improve. To be paying that kind of money for players that aren't even in the top 5 for their position is insane

Edited by sydneycroatia58: 4/4/2013 10:39:38 PM Parra is always good for a laugh. Loved this quote from the paper the other day. The Tolman rumor is bullshit apparently, every off contract player is linked to Parramatta recently.

Common sense went out the window years ago - as for thaiday deserved more than 1game should be automatic 2 games, no player in any code has the right to touch a ref/official. He's the captain talking to the ref, there was no malice in the incident. We'll see hundreds of incidents with more malice this year go unpunished. Captain talking to ref is no issue - but not tugging on his shirt, meh doesn't matter we'll agree to disagree. There's always incidents that get more notice than others thats the game and the admins agenda's. Not surprising every off contract player is linked to pa$$a

The game that real men play
The recovery process of the players on the field is amazing!
Ie get smashed, or sandwiched between 2 opposition tacklers
Kneel down on the ground, and regenerate for 10 seconds
Back to it

Canterbury
Grand finalists one season
Absolutely nothing the next
The team does miss Sam Kasiano though, he teaming up with Pritchard was a lethal 1-2 combination last year

Small section in todays paper saying that someone fudged the figures at the Souths v Bulldogs game. There was actually 45K at the match instead of 51K.

A good last couple of weeks. Broncos moving up the ladder. Tonga v Samoa got a great crowd. Yow Yeh making his comeback today for Norths. (Talk of him moving into the centres/second row).
Brothers launching a bid to join the NRL. Been a Broncos supporter all my life, I'll never change but it'd be great to see the team my pop supported back up and running.

Only games I watched was the demolition the chooks gave the dragons. Good to watch as a neutral next to my suffering dragons bro inlaw, he walked out before HT not wanting to watch more  Next was my Eagles v's the bunnies, I wasn't confident even playing at home but knew we would give them a mighty great game and that it was ! A game as it once was - TUFF - 0-0 at HT instead of these blown out scores of today. Ingliss difference resuming the 2nd half to kick them off but damn we came back strong and were unlucky a early try was dis allowed. Lucky not getting a send off spearing Ingliss and loved Mattai's hit on jnr burgess

Apparently the Dragons have signed Josh Dugan on a 15-game contract, and depending on his behaviour may offer him a 2-year contract after that. As part of this short term contract, he's also banned from twitter, pineapple cruisers and roofs. Talk about the Dragons playing with fire, eh. Edited by Heineken: 2/5/2013 11:44:09 AM

Take that dragons - we let you back in the game after being 18up but considering our injury list and suspensions a good grinding win for the Eagles.
