The best thing the Bulldogs could do is sign up Klemmer, as well as Mbye, for the rest of their fucking lives.

So frustrating felt like all the 50/50 calls (bar 1 of them) went against, will have to go back and watch a few replays in depth to pass proper judgement though.
It annoys me that the refs can rule play on let someone run 90 metres and than go up to the video ref, fair too much play has elapsed in that period of time the refs shouldn't be allowed to hedge there calls like that.
Why was Merrin not sent to the bin for throwing a punch? Honestly if you are going to have that stupid rule fucking enforce it.
Anyway with all that said we really only have our selves to blame, taking the two was a terrible decision.
Why do we keep selecting DCE? He was woeful again.
Every single time he got the ball he started to run sideways. He couldn't organize his outside runners, his kicking game was poor (it fell short every single kick), he's a massive turnstile in defence - which in turn leads to Hodges being too close next to him and Chambers rushing up in defence. Not to mention that forward pass call against NSW the only reason they got in that position was because DCE switched off instead of getting in at marker he started walking down the sideline ffs. His playstyle simple doesn't suit our game plan.
Meanwhile we have BHunt who has been in better form than DCE for the past two seasons now. He has a very strong running game due to his great core strength and low centre of gravity. His blindside plays are superb and has set up countless tries for himself and his outside runners. His kicking game could not be any-worse than DCE's tonight and he's an excellence defender.
Mal needs to stop selecting DCE because he's the golden haired boy and start picking guys who are in form.

The same platform that the QLD 8 wins in a row was built on sticking solid with players irrespective of form is now not good enough?

That Brett Morris try, like wtf. I'm no supporter of league I casually follow it but wtf. Is that what constitutes control of the ball?
Also the Inglis disallowed try? WTF? How did it go forward?
Also, Tamoh or however you spell it. What a terrible professional. Also saw Gallen complaining about offside in pre-game. The look on his face when he got called that first time for being inside the 10 was priceless as in 'mate do you know how much we paid you to call it the other way?'

Never seen a player do so little. Was a much better game by both teams than that shite served up in game 1. Sick of my QLD mates crying foul over there disallowed try when the ref pulled back a NSW try only minutes before!?!?! Other than that I think it was a good win and sets up a good decider.

In my opinion the Pearce try should have stood therefore the GI try never would have happened and hopefully at that point with that much time left to go QLD might have pulled their finger out but alas. Also what is it with players who just need to make routine decisions and yet fuck them up RE: Chambers touching it over the line when he should have dived on it, GI running down the wing @ the 50m mark with 3 players on him, 1st/2nd tackle and trying to offload to nobody causing a turnover. Set completion is one of the most important things to do in NRL and yet players just never think beyond the next 10 seconds. -PB
