To think there ideas that Ange could be like a fish out of water in any part of Europe compared to what's happening now.
Sure, we simply didn't know what would happen. This has met my hopes and exceeded my expectations given the 12 month turnaround.

Wow Ange, just wow. One hand on the trophy for a League win and guaranteed Champions League group stage football next season, with a good fighting win tonight after going down a goal early. Hopefully they recruit well in the off season and there is an awful lot to look forward to. Where this team came from
and where it is now is amazing. And there’s a helluva lot of improvement to come, as anyone who has watched Ange sides closely for the last twenty seasons is well aware of.

Its great to see a whole bunch of bhoys commenting on South Melbourne U13s games for example lol and the fact that we even get mentioned in the Scottish Sun let alone described as making an incredible offer to Celts fans is sheer brilliance from a marketing perspective. Yeah it will maybe bring 5-10 extra fans to the game on Friday night but hey ..... No publicity is bad publicity hey? Back in the 70's the Football Pools had negotiated with the Victorian clubs to use their games for when the UK top divisions were in their off season. Celtic win the title with a game in hand. A League and League cup double after Celtic finished 25 points off the pace last season. At round eleven they were still only in third placed. But 31 unbeaten matches makes this an incredibly deserving win. A shambles of a squad when he arrived, having lost several big players including their captain and main striker. What an achievement from Ange. Some very good recruitment needed again over their Summer but that’s a concern for next season. Ange and Celtic fans can enjoy this for days, weeks, months and years, celebrate it hard and ignore any snide remarks or negativity from any of the knockers. Or better still, enjoy it AND tell them to STFU today!
