Interesting the variations in ticket prices between the games. If we look at a standard Adult General Admin tickets for each game:
LEG 01 - SFC vs MC - $37 LEG 01 - AU vs CCM - $41 LEG 02 - MC vs SFC - $31 LEG 02 - CCM vs AU - $25
Kinda surprising the AU game is the most expensive. It makes a bit of sense for the second leg to be cheaper as it might be a hard sell if the home team is trailing 3+ goals.

Nice free kick & finish by Leckie. Anyone know where O'Neill is?

So glad the ref told VAR to jam it up their arse. Absolutely nothing in it.

+xSo glad the ref told VAR to jam it up their arse. Absolutely nothing in it. I don't know what VAR was looking at. Couldn't have been offside because supposedly that is a black and white decision that the VAR makes without getting the ref to look at it.

Encroachment. Of all the ridiculous things. Something they haven't pinged all year they're now enforcing.

Very impressed with the work by Glover in this game. The penalty save was excellent. I thought the VAR decision to retake was extremely harsh as I thought Glover's trailing foot was still on the line when the kick was made, albeit in the air (and legitimate). There were another two above average saves produced which kept the game in City's favour. I was hoping for a narrow SFC victory as it would have put pressure on City to perform in the second leg. Still up for grabs, but City obviously favourites.
SFC are so slow, yet in the (disallowed) goal by Grant they showed they can move the ball with speed and precision. Such a pity their play is so often pedestrian. Really need to move Corica on as his coaching style will produce more of the same next year. His results in the finals to date suggest that SFC will keep him on.

The encroachment was fair enough as the player got an advantage.
But there is no consistency.
As a nuetral that doesn’t like both teams (I only watch bits up to about the 70th minute) all decisions were probably right.
The VAR for the header was a joke though.
Surely the push on the tillio was worth looking in slow mo if that was in the box that’s a pen for me.

Damn hard start for Mariners. I reckon Godwin's pens are just as good as Jedinak's. The balls it took to roof it vs Peru.

Not bothered at all that Leckie and Goodwin are maturing like fine wine. As long as they deliver, particularly the former, I've got no issues if they hang around for Australia longer. Goodwin though is absolute class and I'm not even thinking of him not being selected for Australia for a bloody good while yet.

Triantis has to be in the Olyroos squad. I believe Silvera misses the cut for Paris but may be eligible to qualify. Can do way more than Italiano. Bloke looked overweight last camp.

That's top by Gauck and maybe a bit lax but Cummings. These two teams are gems for our league.

I knew him years back but the last 3 years he's just one of the first that comes to mind. Was over the moon when he scored against France.

Decent officiating by King so far. Letting the game flow. Contact but not foul play.

What a game. Yeah Gauci should have used a foot against Cummings, would have been easier to save. Very hard to get a strong hand down that quick and close.

Silly for Farrell to put arms out like that but Isais wasn't even hit where he was grabbing.

The commentators have added some excitement to the game. They seem fully invested in what's going on on the pitch. Much better than the laid back SBS bloke we used to have to endure.
