Then he said 'we didn't play well in Brazil' only to correct himself by saying 'unfortunately we got no points' Clearly it's a slip of the tongue in another language. He likes to sit with Subotic and they speak English together and Ramos has taken his number 20 and he'll now wear number 22. He hopes one day to wear the number 1.

It frustrates me with the comments. As much as they all love him, many fans call him a 'youth' talent. Time is ticking and he won't even be number 1 within 18 months at Dortmund.

excellent distribution

not much defensive contribution just 1 turnover

He just blazed high and wide from well outside the box. Hasn't done much else since I switched on at 29mins

stream cut out a few times and missed the first 9 minutes but his distribution was a class above

30 from 34 passes of the time i watched. about half a dozen of them eye of the needle passes.

His defensive contribution is almost non existent for a defensive midfielder mind you
he was a little slow closing on a defender which resulted in a shot and he has instigated only one turnover during the time i watched.

When forward he needed to be a little more intelligent with his positioning so his team mates could find him. He was able to complete difficult passes in the final third though his most important pass made imobile check his run.

All in all I actually think his distribution is good enough for a dortmund CDM. But his defense isn't yet

Both Aussies off now.Amini with great vision and brilliant distribution. Literally always looking around and over his shoulder. Bonmann on for Langerak. Perhaps they're considering him as 3rd keeper and Almerovic may move elsewhere for a full time gig.

Ddorf number 20 Joel Pohjanpalo is a young Finnish player. He looks sharp on the left and thankfully Halloran is a right sided player. Halloran with average touches so far.

Halloran with an assist. Easy in terms of technique but did well to wait until the defenders were drawn to other runners before he made the pass.

Assist from Halloran but really he was the last guy to pass before Liendl curls it from 20m in. All Liendl there really but Halloran should get an assist stat. 1:0 Fortuna.

Good stuff to see some people awake support our Aussies abroad. I like how we agree Halloran 'technically' got the assist. :D

i guess technically if tap ins count for strikers then being the lucky guy with the last pass should count too...

Nice 2:1 Ddorf on 64. Benschopp got to it nicely but Halloran would've been poised to score had the pass gone longer. Nice play.

2:2 in the end. Halloran didn't do himself many favours with this performance. He has to be careful as there are a few hungry players on the bench.

Meanwhile celtic got smashed 4 1 by legia warsaw a team that I question is significantly better than a league quality though I havent seen them play
