Look I may have expressed this in the wrong manner but the fact a 42 is playing u21s is a disgrace. I don't mind him chasing the dosh but at least play in the oil leagues. Holding on to a dream of playing in the epl ever again is sad.

And i would argue he is a 4th string keeper now if he is in u21s.

lets see if he can last more than 4 or 5 games for the season before we start unzipping our trousers.

After the 2006 WC in Germany, I think Cahill, Schwarzer and Neill made a special trip back to Australia to increase the profile of football. It is interesting to see what they've done in the last few years comparatively.

I don't mind Meredith despite the fact he will be 30 at the next WC which is pretty old for a FB especially when the coach (ange) demands such a crazy work load from his fullbacks but Meredith has a very low assist ratio 0 this year and only one last year from about 50 games. From some one basically at there peak and in league 1 you would hope for a little better. That said I don't mind him as a squaddie but I think we will have much better options come Russia and Elder is one of them. Side note is he still with Leiscter City?

That logic is very flawed.

Say what you wanna say but going to that club would not be on my list of things to do. If I was Brilliante, perhaps making a quiet exit from Italy would be an ok thing to do. The way they have treated the young fella has been miserable
