Having Honda as your major sponsor just because you have signed Honda is Bolt-level gimmicky. Thought they would have cut to the chase and just got the VAR on there. 

That analogy is completely offside! Let's go to the VAR to decide... oh wait-

I mean if they're giving us money due to the visibility of the actual football player we signed from their country for our football team I think it's on a whole other planet than the Bolt thing, but that's just me.

Hey so I’ve heard a rumour more then once now that Melbourne Victory are after Chris Ikonomidis.
Would we have enough room in the cap to accomodate him? It would fit the left wing position we need with duel attacking mids in Torisi and Honda.... anyone else know if ikonomidis has signed anywhere?

How did you fit Adrian or how did we fit Delpierre in the cap, when Donkeys like Troisi are a marquee. It shows there are plenty of quality players to sign within the cap, if we look hard enough. 

If we sign Olaf would say it will be a 2 year deal with the second year heavy back payed and will become the marquee and torisi drops down into the cap!

Iirc adp didnt care about the money as he was winding down his career. We presuaded him to play an extra year to help condom as well

Troisi, Leroy George, Rhys Williams, Donachie, Sanchez, Theoharous, Austin, Nigro, McGilp and Waring are all gone from the cap ledger so there's so much left to spend we should be disappointed if all we got is Niedermeier, Roux, Brown and Ansell. Should be loads left when you add all that up.
