+x+x+x+x+xStarc starting to beat bat regularly with reverse swing at pace. I can see Labuchange doing some damage on a crumbling deck. I expect he bowls the wrong'n.. any other variations? He bowls a top spinner too, which is an easy ball to bowl. Hopefully, we are still in the game given they are currently 8 - 470. DC we are going to need some serious application to get close to this score.. whatever it may be. Spin has been our achilles heel in the past.. is it still.. Siddle and Lyon appear to have cemented their spots for next Test. Aussies in a dilemma here. They will not want to take this last wicket. Last thing the openers want is to face 15 or so overs after a sweltering day in the field.

The worst selection decision in Tassie history was dropping Paine. Correct. There is no subsitute for quality. (that was the Arnotts motto from memory) Tim is a quality keeper and is proving it albeit rather late in his career..

Oz must’ve taken 6 wickets for about 60 in session.

Woops he did take the last.. hell this is not good. A tricky little period now for our openers. Are they up to it?

What a turn around!
The pitch is very flat at times. The big problem is our inexperienced, suspect quality batting line up. Few of them even average 40 in Shield cricket.
I watched Head compile a superb, chanceless 100 at Bellerive last year in the Shield. However, I'm not sure he scored any more in the rest of the season?

Khawaja will be with all his experience.. not sure about Finch tho. Expect Langer has told him to play his natural game. I cant look. Better hit the sack in any case. Good chatting fellars.

Usman struggles against spin on the Subcontinent. He is more proficient against pace, and, playing in Australia. Plue he loses concentration and gets out to innocuous balls when he has looked really good until the moment he gets out! Good night, Baggers.

Touch wood, the Aussie openers are scoring runs.
It could be scary when Shah bowls his leggies though.

Nearly LBW Finch second ball.
Frightening loop and lot of spin already.
Shah is another Warne!

Shah looks like best spinner in the world in the subcontinent.
Not sure what he looks like in the rest of the world?

After seeing three overs of Shah, he looks like one of the best leg spinners I've ever seen.
If he remains uninjured, he could threaten Murali's and Warne's records.
He has prodigious spin, great loop and wonderful control.
This series is over!

Shah is getting inwards drift too, like an inswinger .
The ball is also dropping suddenly in flight.
Getting 500 with him bowling like he is looks impossible!

rubbish time zone for me 11pm to 7am!
watched half an hour last night and it looked impossible for the bowlers!
Marsh was the only one getting the ball to do anything and he was a bit inaccurate

Grazor, the pitch seems to do a bit in the third session.
In the early sessions it looks dead.
