+x+xI think Texas is turning to be a real contest which is interesting. Trump has lost a lot of polls there too, but after Biden's clumsy handling of his comments regarding oil (even though I totally agree with shutting down fossil fuels personally) I have lowered my expectations, but if Biden won Texas as well as Florida it absolutely would be a landslide in terms of EC votes for the history books in Washington proportions. Biden's comments on fracking during the debate? That would have had a greater impact in Pennsylvania. I don't think they have an impact at all. Texas has had a lot of Californians moving in the past few years which has caused a demographic shift.

Not surprised in the slightest at Trump. What is concerning is the support he has over his ridiculous behaviour and refusal to concede. A significant percentage on the population either don't care about democracy or are so deluded that they actually think he's won.

Without going all Godwin's law here I watched 'Downfall' again last night with one of my kids and the parallels with Trump are uncanny. I'm surprised someone hasn't done one of those parody videos yet. Trump yesterday posted up a 46 minute video of 'massive voter fraud' and how the election was stolen from him despite being 1 from 39 cases in court and even his own AG saying there's no evidence of fraud. (And mountains of evidence besides.) Meanwhile in that movie Hitler is in his bunker ranting and raving at everyone about their disloyalty and how the people don't deserve him and moving imaginary armies around the map. Executing people that haven't done what he's asked (Trump sacks them), determined to burn the joint down before leaving (coronavirus) and deluded to the very end. It really is a case study in megalomania right before our very eyes.

Maybe they have that as a consumer protection clause for small matters.
